Robert Tayler owns this LLC to protect himself from liability, he does not reveal his address, my attorney's staff tried every method they could devise to find his address, I found a couple, both fake. Robert will grin, talk about the Bible and bore you silly with his stories about helping people the whole time he's searching for more and more ways to rip you off. He did some building for me using men from drug rehab and men who were decent builders but not qualified to take in such a big project, he never had enough men or anyone qualified to do the entire project. His best builders walked off the job. In the end, the work was so shabby it embarrassed me, we had agreed to an inspection before the final payment, he came to my house after dark and spent an hour or so in a dark garage with no light then came in & told me an inspector said the work was perfect. I never saw an inspector. He started demanding payment months before the work was complete. When the work was "complete", my inspector nearly had a coronary, I knew the work was shabby but I didn't know how bad it was. The inspector didn't even finish the inspection, he didn't want to charge me to inspect something that could never pass. I had 3 builders look, they all said it had to be torn down. One builder said it would not stand up in a storm.
Robert originally imagined I wanted a garage that was 24X40, when I told him I didn't want anything nearly that big, we decided on 24X24, I told him to give me new costs based on the smaller size, he refused, insisting that the smaller size would cost the same, his bid included top of the line windows, doors and fixtures. Over the 6 months or so that it took him to do the work he consistently refused to revise the quote for the smaller size, he literally expected me to pay for a 24X40 garage when I got a 24X24, instead of top of the line doors, windows, and fixtures, he installed the cheapest garage doors so poorly they had to come down. The window, pedestrian doors and fixtures came from a dump pile he must keep somewhere. During this entire time, he offered to do things for me, we can do this, we can do that, all with the intent to gouge me and overcharge me more. One of the last conversations we had, he was practically begging me to build a kitchen island as if I'd hire him to take out the trash.
He was going to replace the garage roof when I told him to stay off my property and hired an attorney. I googled him and found that he was a felon who spent time in prison for illegal gambling & bribing officials, he was on trial at the time he was working for me for fraud and theft alleged to have occurred at his auto sales company ironically called Integrity Motors. I posted his picture on Facebook and multiple people said he ripped them off at an auto repair shop in another town. My attorney said there were so many lawsuits and liens on his property that all I could hope for was to be at the end of the line.
Stay away from Robert Tayler, don't let him in your house, don't listen to a word he says, he's a master con man, he is a genius con. There is not one honest thing about him. Nothing. He will smile in your face while he robs you blind & walk away telling people that you are evil.
