Well a few years have passed since Andales opened and finally decided to try it again. I'm happy to say I am able to give it 5 stars this time! I ordered the Queso Fundido and the Quesabirria Tacos to go. My order was ready on time, packaged nicely, and still warm when I got home. The queso was super good! They do not shy away from the portion, and that includes the chorizo in it. The queso had such a good flavor and was nice and gooey versus watery. They gave enough chips for it as well. The tacos were fantastic and hardy. Me and my son were both impressed with the size of them! I dipped mine in the queso for added deliciousness lol. The tacos also came with a nice portion of rice and beans. I can happily say, the food today versus when it first opened is like night and day and I would gladly eat here again!

I was shocked to learn that there's an Andale out this way. So me and my friend hurried to stop after working up an appetite from shopping all day. Mistake number one was sitting at the bar. The bartender spent the majority of her time talking to her friends. It was a significant amount of time before she even took our order. For a second I thought it could be because it was Taco Tuesday but it was nearly empty! I'm hoping and believing that it wasn't intentional but it felt as such. When it was time to order the bartender was legit not able to answer any of the questions that we had. Everything came out separately. Let's start with the appetizer. I had to ask multiple times to get chips and salsa. When I finally got it I ate it quickly becsuse I was starving and asked for more which I never received! My friend ordered corn and it legit never even came until her entree came out. One person got they steak while the other two of us hadn't gotten our food. Well the next person got their meal and here I am still waiting for my food to come out. Which is a tad bit concerning because. When the bill came out there was a plethora of stuff on it that my friend did not have. Now as far as the food I throughly enjoyed vegan tacos. It was incredibly flsvorfu Misc We didn't get any silverware. The most disturbing thing was when the bartender bit off of a fork to try some food her friends offered her. I believe this is cross contamination. I don't plan to return back here because of alarming lack of awareness.

Horrible service. Was seated around 3:15 and didn't get to order drinks until 3:30. Then continued to wait to order food until 3:45 I had enough and just left. Hostess/ server was sitting in the corner when we walked in. Not nice or friendly and didn't come over after making eye contact multiple times. If I'm going out to eat and spending a lot of money I expect GREAT service. Especially $30 per person. I did not want to end up ordering and waiting another hour. Will never be back. HORRIBLE never been to a restaurant where I've seen a worker just sitting most of the time.

Service and hospitality and vibes are a 10/10. Food came out reasonably fast although my daughter had a cheese quesadilla and french fries and that took the longest. I had the street tacos 2 chicken and 2 carnitas. Honestly the best I've ever had. Will def be back again in the future!

Food was great, server was great. I started my review with five stars, I felt like food and service were amazing the first time I came. Second time our server seemed to not be so attentive, seemed annoyed we were there. The food was also inconsistent. Very disappointed, dropped my score down to a 4 unfortunately for this reason. But the gummy bear marg was great both times! And I do love how the restaurant is decorated.

Very nice establishment, conveniently located at the intersection of Main and Transit in Amherst. Adequate parking. They bring water to your table in an empty tequila bottle, which is a nice touch for this Mexican food eatery. Besides a nice assortment of tequilas and Mezcal's, they do have a full bar staffed by a bartender who knows how to mix a drink. There are large screen high-def televisions strategically placed around this large space, with someone controlling the channels from an unseen location, and they change channels fairly frequently without explanation, at least on the one occasion that I was there. If there had been a Bills game on, and the channel was changed, it would've resulted in property damage for sure and possibly personal injury, but since it was a news program, nobody really cared that much. Multicolored tasty warm tortilla chips are brought to the table automatically with a salsa that by most standards would be considered quite good except that I hate cilantro, so for me it was dry chips. I probably could've asked for a salsa without cilantro, but I didn't think of it. The entire experience was made quite enjoyable because of an attentive waiter named Ian. He knew the menu and worked hard to keep the food coming. The menu itself is quite deep, and although seafood options are limited, everything else of a Mexican nature was covered nicely. I do need to come back to try more of their offerings, but everything that I ordered was cooked properly, nicely seasoned, and was presented attractively on the plate.

I don't like that I ordered churos for $11 and got a bag full of corn tortilla chips with it. The menu didn't mention that I was getting the. And i only got mini churos. This was NOT WHAT I ORDERED OR WAS EXPECTING FOR $11

The menu is extensive and the wait staff was simply ideal. We enjoyed ourselves having a good meal. Whether I was relaxed, I'm not sure :). The early afternoon music selection was great, fun and energetic. Perhaps I ate my food too quickly, but I couldn't help myself. The La Bandera was three enchiladas, one cheese, one ground beef and one shredded chicken, topped with three different sauces. It was good. Maybe if there was more green sauce, it would be even better. The small side of salad with a good amount of avocado was refreshing. From the beginning to the end of our stay, I felt welcomed and invited. I almost took a photo of myself wearing one of the beautiful sombreros placed around the dining room. They looked like new, super colorful and sparkly.

Our waiter got us set up in a reasonable amount of time at a table that was a "little tacky" and by tacky I mean sticky (I did see someone wiping tables post meals). We ordered a couple margaritas because why not enjoy a frosty marg with tacos and the frozen lime one .... Definitely delivered on the booze. The chips and salsa were a big hit with the little yelper, and the salsa was a little runny for my Liking but it was definitely good. We started off with some nachos and this kinda set the tone for the rest of the meal. The queso on this dish was literally like a runny wet texture, most queso tends to be a lot thicker than this and the chicken was a touch bland, those chips had no chance with this queso, they all got a bit soggy in no time. We also had a heavy quantity of tacos ordered. 3 beef and 6 chicken. The beef tacos were pretty bland, as were the chicken tacos (dripping with water). But for $1 tacos I guess it wasn't too bad. I'm just guessing that the chicken is boiled because the amount of moisture was pretty decent. The beans carried the runny theme as well, with the rice being the most non soggy item we came across. Overall though it's $1 tacos, so we can't set the bar too high with them.

I came here with some family who were visiting from out of town. We wanted somewhere that everyone could eat at since we have omnis, GFs, and vegans. Love that there were options for everyone. However, my partner and I ordered the guacamole azteca which came out with cheese clearly on it and mixed in. I asked the server immediately if it was cheese and he said no, they would never put cheese in it. I had my doubts but thought perhaps it could be finely minced garlic. So we started eating. About halfway through we hit a pocket of unmixed cheese and I stopped eating. Asked the server a second time who denied it was cheese. He claims he also asked in the kitchen and they assured him it wasn't cheese. Well, it was- I got sick that night. My vegan dinner was small- no rice or beans. Just two sad little enchiladas with very little filling. There was a pile of iceburg lettuce next to them with a small scoop of pico. But all in all, the meal is NOT worth the price. The vegan options were the same price or more than the meat options, but came out with half the food on the plate. I felt this meal deserved only 1 star, but the fact that there were vegan options on the menu bumped it up to 2 stars. I will not be going back, I would much rather eat elsewhere in a more quiet atmosphere where the servers and kitchen staff KNOW what they put dairy in.

My husband and I love sitting at the bar and watching the show of endless birthday singing, and patron sparklers with music. There is always music. You can't be in Margaritas and not smile at least once. The spirit in there is infectious. On this particular date, we got to catch some of the Sabres game, which was a treat and celebrate St. Patrick's weekend drinking margaritas. I got a flight, as always. I'm usually not a frozen marg girl, but when at Margaritas...plus on one flavor you always get a mini rubber duck and they are adorable and you can take it home with you. I like adding it to my collection in my Jeep. The standout marg was the watermelon. It wasn't too sweet. Prickly pear and dragon fruit were a little too sweet for me. Because I was hungry, but not hungry enough, I went with two side orders. I got a tostada and a taco. They were fine. My husband got a burrito and finished his meal. If you like a little excitement and party in your life, I highly recommend this place. Employees are friendly.

The kids pizza, well there's a reason why you don't order pizza in a Mexican restaurant... barely cheesed and over sauce (advise passing on that menu option) The birra quesadillas were pretty decent, good flavor, the bottoms were a little soggy but with birra you expect it . Overall, it was a good amp of food for the money but I don't think a return visit is going to be planned.
