He also lied in his billing so he didn't have to refund my retainer (cited a bill from a 3rd party, but when I requested the real bill from the 3rd party it was substantially less). I hired another attorney and he got the job done in 3 weeks whereas I gave Mr Yee almost a year and he couldn't do it. Hiring him and giving him 2nd, 3rd, 4th.... chances was a mistake. Beware.
