While on Vacation my car needed to have repairs made. We drive an older Mercedes and the part couldn't be found locally. I found the needed axel and had it shipped directly to Anderson. I spoke with David before ordering to make sure I was getting the correct part. David was very helpful and Susan put us right into the schedule. While on vacation from Ontario, we ran into an annoying rattling sound (doesn't sound bad but after 1500 Km, it gets a little old). I knew what it was, but wasn't sure where to go. I started at Anderson's Automotive in Summerside. Extremely pleasant, they were quite busy (a good sign) and it was near closing time. BUT they knew the problem right away, fixed in 15 minutes and said "No Charge". That's unbelievable. But it get's better. After we got home, my daughter realized she left her purse there with $500 (yes I should have taught her about money). Called the next morning and came to pick it up. Not a penny missing. I don't think you could find a more honest place to do business. Now I won't shift mechanics because the drive form Toronto is a bit far, but I would come here in a heart beat if I were a local. read more
