Long story short they are very quick to charge an overdraft fee there is no pending or pay by the next business day it is just taken out and penalty done at same time. We have called numerous banks and ALL of them have a next business day policy. If you just starting a business and have to move money around this is One bank I would stay away from as they impose that penalty the second it goes under even a dollar

Even if they are not working the teller line I'm in, they make a point of speaking and asking how I have been. From opening accounts to getting loans, this team has put forth every effort to help me through the process. I can also say that while I was in the branch decorating their Christmas tree, I got to witness first hand how rude and hateful some customers can be to them when they have to follow the guidelines set for them on cashing checks etc. The team went above and beyond to try and resolve issues so the customer would be happy, despite how ugly they had been treated in public. I went home that evening and told my family, "I don't know how those ladies & gentlemen do what they do on a daily basis". So, us (the general public) needs to always keep in mind the rules and procedures are their to safe guard us and our money, and it is their job to implement them. They have been fraudulently catching my ach account on behalf of Harbor freight for over a year and Wells Fargo can't explain or put a human on the phone who will help. They have made me wait 3 ten business days only to come back with my name is on the account so denied. They don't know the term identity fraud. strongly suggest everyone stay as far away from Wells Fargo as they can. Go to a local bank like Conway national where a human will speak to you.
