Ross's towing towed both our car the other car in the accident and these people could not have been kinder or more helpful. When the taxi that was supposed to pick us up when our car was towed didn't show up, Ross's sent a car and took us to their offices. I don't hang around garages often, but the waiting room was very clean and the ladies at the desk looked up information to help us reschedule our flights and offered us drinks while we were waiting to figure things out. Thank you for making an awful situation much better and just being great people.
