As a follow up to this review, I've just received a phone call from the owner asking if I received…read morea refund check for the full amount, which I did. He assured me he spoke to said employee. I have no idea if this person still works for Petty's or not. Then he asked if I would update my review on Yelp, which I'm doing now. Something I did not mention was the 3 or 4 pieces of plastic piping my dogs brought to me that were left throughout the yard. And now, our sprinkler heads do not recede after they come on. I will have to call another company to come out and fix this problem.
