I would never recommend anyone to this law firm! We went here after being highly recommended to…read morethem by the clerk of court to help with my grandmother's estate. Mother called every week for over 15 months after the final court date and the lawyer was either "in court" or "out of the office" or "in a closing". She was told several times to come by and was put off again repeatedly. They don't return phone calls when they say they will. Certain lawyers prolong cases so that they can keep the money that is from an estate and then attempt to bill you for more money. It should not take over 15 months to finalize an estate when all the bills and receipts are presented to you and the CLIENTS do the work of finding the receipts and proof of what bank account it came from since the PAs couldn't find over $8000 of what was in front of you! Further, they hired the clerk of court, that was supposed to sign off on the final paperwork for the estate, that recommended we use this law firm! That indicates that someone has some ethical issues. Finally, they gave the files to another person to finish it up and told us it would all be done in about two weeks. However six weeks later we are still waiting and after yet another phone call to request copies of everything again, we are told that it is finalized and to give it another two or so, plus the woman on the phone laughed and was going to hang up the phone while mother was asking her a question. They love to tell you that "it will be done or finished in two weeks" or " just give them two weeks", and this last time it was that they would send everything to us in two weeks... well then it still was not ready.
