He asked for my address and arrived at my house within 25 minutes... no muss/ no fuss! He tried to unlock my lock for about an hour. I was super afraid he would give up and leave but he didn't. He kept trying until he got me inside. Turns out the only reason the lock took so long is due to failsafes in the lock's design to keep it from being picked. I asked him to drill off the lock and even when it broke a drill bit, he kept going. That's why I say he's persistent. This guy is the best!
