Once you reach the exit point, stop and open up your trunk. The lady/gentleman in-charge will note down what you picked up, gives you the list. You park your car (they jot down your plate on that piece of paper), you go inside and pay. Come back to your car, they'll take that piece of paper and off you go. No need for carts. Straight forward, drive, pick, pay. Friendly and helpful staffs. Lots to choose from. The items were cheaper too than Lowe's and Home Depot. Wear your mask and practice social distancing. Go here for your DIY, backyard, front yard, garage and home needs. Hardware, basically.

For example, kitchen cabinets were on sale at this store but were not on sale at the Contractors Warehouse on Greenback Lane in Citrus Heights. Staff are friendly and polite. The store selection is good, not as much variety as a Home Depot or Lowe's, but still an amazing selection nonetheless. There is a rental counter in the left of the store when you first walk in which never has a line. Cashiers were efficient and lines moved quickly. Yellow price tags indicate clearance aka discontinued items. There is also a drive through lumber yard but I can't speak on that as I haven't done that yet.

In December, we fired them and went to Homewood in Loomis. They actually answer their phones, call you back and return emails within the same day! Today, I get an email from Julie at Heritage One, telling us that they will no longer service our account because they could not perform for us? So she is wasting time writing me a nasty letter instead of servicing actual customers! It is sad that she feels she has nothing better to do! My husband was there so I sent him a pic and asked them to replace the board and they said we had to Bering it back. Now mind you, I didn't complain about all the cracked boards or the chewed up wood rail because I could flip it and it wouldn't be too noticeable, but the fence board was just garbage and even though I sent the picture they refused to replace it. I had found it after my husband had left so he would have to drive all the way back home and all the way back out there and then home again. The board was $5.50 so nothing to break the bank but their customer service was bad AND they sold me a piece of crap. Soooo disappointing. My advice would be to check every piece you buy from BERCO because they WILL sell you crap wood mixed in with the good one. I'm giving them 1 star based on customer service

They simply did not want to take the return because it was a different location. That is unprofessional and not how business should be done.
