Disappointed in the service. I called in advance before driving 40 minutes to see if they would work on my drone (DJI phantom 2). After being told yes and to bring it in for an assessment. I was disappointed that they sent my son away without even looking at it and telling him to just buy a new drone. An unnecessary waste of time after the travel. This is like walking in to Disneyland for the hobby enthusiast! You can walk around there for hours exploring the huge inventory. Everything is on display so you can look, touch, get ideas. The staff is very helpful.if you need them. It's great to see a family owned business in the internet shopping times we live in. Some complain that prices are minimally higher but with free advice and you drive home with it that day, and no shipping it's really not. Keep it up! read more

The service started off good when they wanted to make the sale but then the first day of owning the new xmaxx the esc was malfunctioning out of the box. Came up there 1 hour from the house one way to try to resolve the issue they looked at it for an hour just driving it in the parking lot but refused to even attempt to call Traxxas, they had their personal xmaxx at the shop they could've easily Tested one from it, to make sure it was the esc but they refused to do anything to try to help. central Carolina hobbies in Greensboro is by far more helpful go see them for any rc needs, and no this is in no way attached to cch this is a customer honest review read more
