Terrible! We gave them our taxes about 3 weeks before they were due. They assured me that they…read morewould have our taxes signed before the due date. I called a few days before and they would not return my calls. I called they said they were due and they told me they would have them done that day or file an extension. I told them I didn't want an extension. When I called later that day a women answered said she would call me back. They never did. I called the following week for days and there was no answer and the answering machine was no longer picking up. I went up to the office found Lonnie outside told him I wanted my taxes, he assured my they would be done by Monday 4/25. They still were not done..a week later we called and we were able to reach them this time and we told them we wanted all our papers back. We said we will just file them ourselves. They said we could pick them up the next day as they were currently locked up in lonnies office. When I went to pick them up today they now have them complete. So I guess he figured since I was picking up papers they may as well complete them so they could get paid. I would NEVER recommend this place. Very shady! Also when I went to pick up our papers today there was a policeman in their complaining about the exact same thing! No one would return his calls, he couldn't get his taxes complete.. etc TERRIBLE BUSINESS!

The closing agents ALWAYS travel to me for the closing. They are being paid to provide a service and make things convenient. Mara refused to come to us for the closing. We had to drive OVER AN HOUR for the closing in downtown Canton. This is RIDICULOUS! Next, during the closing she wouldn't explain ANY of the of papers we were signing. She just kept saying "sign here and here". Well, what am I signing? She was more interested in talking to my realtor than doing her job correctly and focusing on us. Completely an awful unprofessional experience. In the future I will refuse to use her as the closing agent if the buyers request her. I DO NOT RECOMMEND HER AT ALL! Attorneys typically do not introduce themselves as "Attorney {last name}". She was so obsessed with her title that she kept referring to herself on the phone and in person as "Attorney Mara". As far as temp agencys go, there's not a whole lot of distinction between competitors. Although I…read morehave run into one of three frustrating problems with all the local agencies: 1)asking you to come in for an interview yet not interviewing you for the job you applied for. 2) claiming to place you at local employers yet only offering you positions that pay way too little for the hour plus drive you'd be making. 3) Making you jump through hours of pointless paperwork & training videos only to never place you...then having the nerve to call you over a year later. With Snider-Blake, I only had to deal with issue #1 & #2 (but two was my own fault). If you hate interviews, let's be honest they're a huge waist of time & know body enjoys the "experience"- this place doesn't actually conduct an interview. They'll discuss your job options and do their best to work with you (Morgan did an awesome job in finding an employer that would accommodate a medical issue I have). But be prepared as you'll be required to take a drug test on site & watch a training video. And as with all temp agencies, there's hidden fees. If you try out a job & it doesn't work out for you- you'll owe them $49.00! They state this is to cover the cost of a background check & drug testing but realistically this is not anywhere near the cost (In fact, you shouldn't be charged at all as you aren't expected to pay for these things if you are hired directly through a company & not an agency). Depending on which company you're placed with; they also provide you with attire (vest, gloves, hardhat) that you are financially responsible for returning in tip top shape- otherwise it's a $19.00 fee. Although they did find me immediate job placement (which I'm thankful for) I was unable to take them up on their offer which is my own mistake & not theirs. Again, they'll work with you & I stupidly agreed to work within a 20 mile radius so a 15 mile drive is equal to a little over an hours time due to two unavoidable school zones & constant heavy traffic in Twinsburg. I know from past employers that I'd never make it to the job site on time so this is something you should also consider. Again, Snider-Blake offers immediate placement which is more than I can say for places like Mancan, Employtemps, Ryan Staffing & Kelly's. Yet wherever you go, good luck!!! Finding a job is 10xs harder than people think so if you're down on your luck just remember at least you're trying.
