I had a CC on file that was used. The card expired and they sent me an invoice. OK- .. but then I am told because the card was expired the cost that they typically do not surface they would surface ( gas, rush cleaning-which I NEVER asked for , etc) so my bill was going to be higher. I called the office and asked about all the charges and the woman on the was obviously defensive. I wanted to some clarity and she kept cutting me off and was laughing. I don't know if I am if she was trying to ease the tension. Paying the bill wasn't an issue, it was how the ordeal was handled and I was just disappointed because I did like my cleaner and I left her work sometimes I wasn't home. It was unfortunate that I am not a 1st time customer and have used them regularly for cleaning. If this how they treat their regular customers , then I don't need to be a regular customer. Too many cleaning companies in the valley to deal with this crap.
