At 7:30AM that morning, they contacted me to ask if they could come at 8:30AM instead due to a cancellation. While I understand that schedules can change, I was not able to rearrange my day on such short notice and asked to keep our agreed-upon time. They said that would not work for them, and canceled cleaning at all. Honesty and reliability are essential qualities in a service provider, and they don't seem to have either.
