So after we picked up the car we noticed on closer inspection that the sill plate that had fallen…read moreoff and was in the trunk was missing. This morning we took it back to be cleaned as arranged when we picked up the car. A few hours later they called and told us that they had scratched the paintwork on the bonnet! So we now have to wait for that to be resprayed. In the meantime they have given us a smart car to use until it is repaired, let's hope it doesn't take days.
