The welcoming and warm atmosphere is tangible when you enter the premises. The staff is kind and helpful and one feels immediately well taken care of. This impression increases when you meet Dr.Selmair. Not only does she speak fluently English and of course German but shows a real kindness, empathy and warmth. The work with her assistant is effortless and they are a well oiled team with mutual respect and kindness. I was nervous, I had history with this tooth and not a pleasant one. Dr. Selmair took care of it, in a strict and empathetic way, she knew, what to do with a anxious patient. I was without my tooth out before it all did register with me. Without any problems I cam back the next day to my actual appointment which was handled with efficiency, care and empathy. I too was impressed by the creativity of finding a great solution for another problem area in my mouth. I can only say that my outlook of my next appointment is with hardly any stress, well I am just human and it is a dentist visit, we are talking about. But I can only warmly recommend Dr. Selmair from the bottom of my heart.

Ich hatte starke Schmerzen durch meine oberen Weisheitszähne und wandte mich deshalb an das AllDent…read moreZahnzentrum in der Hoffnung auf schnelle und kompetente Hilfe. Beim ersten Termin wurde ein klassisches Röntgenbild gemacht - soweit alles in Ordnung. Beim zweiten Termin wurde mir dann jedoch gesagt, dass ich zusätzlich eine 3D-Aufnahme meines Kiefers machen lassen müsse, Kostenpunkt: 100€. Als ich zögerte, machte mir die Ärztin unmissverständlich klar, dass sie mich ohne diese Aufnahme gar nicht erst operieren würde. In akuter Schmerzlage fühlte ich mich zu dieser Entscheidung gedrängt - ich hatte keine Wahl, also zahlte ich. Doch was dann geschah, hat mich fassungslos gemacht: Während der Operation stellte die Ärztin plötzlich fest, dass die beiden oberen Zähne - die, die die Schmerzen verursachten und für die die 3D-Aufnahme angeblich notwendig war - doch nicht entfernt werden können. Sie nähte die Stelle kurzerhand wieder zu. Ich verließ die Praxis also mit denselben Schmerzen, mit denen ich gekommen war - nur um 100€ ärmer und um eine völlig sinnlose Aufnahme reicher. Die angeblich "notwendige" 3D-Aufnahme hatte ihren Zweck verfehlt, denn die Entscheidung wurde letztlich während des Eingriffs getroffen - auf gut Glück, ohne dass die Aufnahme offenbar einen Unterschied gemacht hätte. Als ich zu einem anderen Zahnarzt wechselte, wollte ich ihm die Datei zeigen - doch AllDent gab sie mir nur gegen eine weitere Gebühr auf DVD heraus. Diese war sogar defekt und lässt sich nichtmal öffnen. Der neue Zahnarzt meinte, eine solche Aufnahme sei in meinem Fall gar nicht erforderlich gewesen - er entfernte die Zähne anschließend komplikationslos und ohne 3D-Bild. Ich war nach dem Eingriff bei AllDent nicht nur körperlich weiterhin belastet, sondern auch emotional frustriert und enttäuscht. Ich habe AllDent per E-Mail um Rückerstattung gebeten - bis heute ohne jede Reaktion. Kein Bedauern. Kein Gesprächsangebot. Nichts. Sollte ich in den nächsten Tagen keine Stellungnahme oder Rückerstattung erhalten, werde ich ohne weiteres rechtliche Schritte gegen die Praxis einleiten. Dieses Vorgehen empfinde ich nicht nur als unprofessionell, sondern in höchstem Maße verantwortungslos.

The office itself was bright and airy and the attendants spoke English. Their appts don't make you wait too long so I had to wait a week to come back. My initial consultation was with an older man whose English was not that great. That made me nervous especially when you need medical care-everyone has to 100% understand what the other is saying. But this is Germany so I should speak German :-). Anyway after some x-rays and a consultation he then informed me a different dentist would actually do the work. I have to go back for this appt and I will update this review. But for English speakers this dentist seems ok so far.

Die endgültige Versorgung mit modernem Cerec Inlay, auf das ich warten konnte, war perfekt. Tolle Zahnärztin und ein sehr freundliches Team! Die Praxis konnte ich sehr gut mit Öffis erreichen.
