We ordered the Hirschbratwurst sandwich (€5), which is made with half deer and half pork. It comes simply with the sausage and mustard on a bun. The bun was quite thick, which felt like too much bread, so we ended up tossing one side. With just one bun, the sandwich felt more balanced and tasted better overall. The sausage itself was fairly large, juicy enough, and flavorful. However, there wasn't a very distinct deer flavor and tasted similar to a pork sausage.
