I had an extremely disappointing experience with State Farm agent Andrew. I regret to give a one-star rating for his unresponsiveness, rudeness, unprofessionalism, and apparent lack of willingness to assist his customers. My frustration stems from being charged an extra amount after paying for policies for both of my cars. The discount in question, known as the "Drive and Save" discount, was inexplicably removed without any response to my inquiries. I made multiple attempts to reach out, seeking an explanation as to why they were threatening to remove the discount when I had not received any devices in the mail. Given my occupation in aviation, which often involves frequent travel, I was away from home for extended periods. It was only when I returned home at the end of August that the device finally arrived in the mail. When I left on August 28, there was nothing in the mail when I returned on the 31st I had the item. However, to my dismay, the very next day, State Farm canceled my participation in the program, all while never responding to any of my emails. When I turned to Andrew for assistance, I encountered nothing but indifference and rudeness. His careless attitude and dismissive responses were deeply unsettling and far from the level of customer service I expected. Such behavior is not only unprofessional but also unacceptable. He explained to me that I did not enroll within 45 days that corporate gives to set it up. However, my plan was purchased on August 1, it was canceled September 1 so that is not even 45 days. In light of this disheartening experience, I will be pursuing a formal written complaint with the corporate office to address Andrew's disgraceful and dismissive conduct. This incident has left me deeply dissatisfied and disillusioned with State Farm's customer service, and I hope that my feedback leads to improvements in their customer relations. read more
