No answers to your concerns. Blocks Even Established Patient Visits Virtual or Real. An odd doctor. In love with his thoughts.

This is one of the most respectful, knowledgeable, and intuitive doctors I have ever had the privilege of being seen by. I moved to Boulder several years ago and if he wasn't so far away, I would keep going there. I've only met one other doctor in the entire state of Colorado that has his incredible sense and instinct in bedside manner. He's a once in a lifetime physician, especially if you're struggling with things that nobody else can seem to diagnose or treat. For all of these people on here they gave him a one star review for whoever ever answered his phone, SHAME ON YOU! There are very sick patients out there that need this man and just because your feelings got hurt because someone didn't bow down to you when you made a telephone call is absolutely zero reason to give a one star review! Apparently that's the thing to do on our society these days. I will continue to give him five star reviews once a month until his rating goes back up to where it deserves to be. You literally will not find a better physician in Colorado!

We didn't have a Dr in this area yet as we moved from Highlands Ranch last year and won't be going back to that doctor. We decided to use Dr Harris as our general practitioner and he's been great. It's a very small old school office. Peeing in a cup is literally peeing in a paper cup, not a specimen jar. And they don't actually have a rest room other than the one for pee samples. There's restrooms in the next building that they're attached to. The dr is a nice man, very friendly and we're happy to have found him. Making appointments have always been easy for us, even for the immigration appointments and the reception staff are also helpful and knowledgeable

Everything came back well and they gave me a complete and detailed report of the tests. He and his staff did a good job instructing me to fast for 12 hours before the tests for accuracy. Previously, I had another physician's office give me some unfounded and frankly dangerous advice and Dr. Harris helped me confirm that truth and get things into perspective. Being able to trust your doctor is key and I trust Dr. Harris. As for the dollars and cents, while some providers will try to get a co-pay on every entry through the door, Dr. Harris only collected my insurance co-pay once and only on the visit when we went over the results. Good value. I recommend him. Now, here's to our good health with Dr. John Harris.

She has always provided amazing bedside service. The only reason I parted ways with Shelby before was due to relocation for work. As an LGBTQ woman of color, I have always felt safe, seen, and heard with her. I genuinely would not recommend this practice for the facts that others have shared. The stress of the administrative and billing process is not worth the stress. I won't be returning, but I hope others have a better experience overall.

He completely missed my autoimmune condition-which I have called, been seen, and have emailed them multiple times about. I had to get the diagnosis from my allergy and eye dr. MY PRIMARY CARE DR SHOULD BE ASHAMED. It was obvious by all of the other doctors I met with what I have. My blood work showed there was something wrong. ON POINT IS JUST TO BUSY FOR YOU! My appointment for my autoimmune was canceled just 10 minutes before the scheduled time because of a $128 balance, which should have been handled well in advance. Scheduling was a mess--the receptionist made multiple errors (three separate times), causing unnecessary stress and confusion. Poor communication, lack of organization, and feeling dismissed made this a frustrating and unacceptable experience. After my appointment was canceled by On Point. I received a call from one of the receptionist asking where I was because the staff did not put in my chart that they REFUSED ME SERVICE. Hopefully they were not trying to bill my insurance company for a missed appointment. DO NOT WAIST YOUR TIME GOING HERE!! Their are a lot of great Drs and clinics out there that puts your health first.

But on the day of my appointment--just 30 minutes before--I get a call saying my insurance hasn't approved the visit and I need to contact them. I immediately call my insurance, and they confirm NO approval is needed. When I relay this, the clinic suddenly claims they "don't work with my insurance anymore," just 10 minutes before my appointment. I told them I was already on my way and asked not to cancel. They canceled anyway without my consent and flat-out refused to see me. When I asked to speak with the doctor, I was told I "don't have the right" to talk to them. Let that sink in: a patient being denied even a conversation with their physician. This clinic is a masterclass in incompetence and disrespect. Zero communication, zero accountability, and zero regard for patients. If you want to waste hours of your life and be treated like you don't matter, this is the place. Otherwise, RUN. The address mentioned on this page is different than their current address but its the same clinic with Dr. Asha Kamat. Now it makes it clear why they have same day appointments everyday.

I made my appointment, and arrived about 10 minutes early. The front desk was very pleasant to deal with - and I was taken back to a room fairly quickly. I discussed a few issues with the PA, and when she left the room, she had me undress and get in one of those fun hospital gowns. You know, the ones with the open back. No problem - she told me Dr. Linn would be with me in a few minutes. Well, a few minutes turned into almost an hour. Let me tell you, waiting in one of those hospital gowns for 50 minutes isn't fun nor is it comfortable. Eventually Dr. Linn came into my room, when she informed me that she had left her water bottle in another room. I told her that was fine, that she should go get it. She then left the room to go into the room where she left her water bottle, and I could hear her conversing with someone else - I'm not sure who - for quite a few minutes. She then informed this person that I was waiting on her and that she had to get back to me. (My point here is that this doctor's office has thin walls, might want to fix that in an environment where discretion is needed.) I just had a few items I wanted to discuss with Dr. Linn - she was a very sweet lady, but she spoke so loudly that I was afraid the other rooms could hear. However, I was completely put-off when she began discussing other patients. A few months later, when I finally had time to get my blood drawn, someone from this office called me to give me my results. She also informed me that Dr. Linn was no longer with the practice, for reasons I do not know. But either way, I was not planning on returning to this office. My search for a physician continues.
