He used data from his past sales of similar homes in the area I was buying but adjusted for individual differences between the comparable houses and looked at the trends in the market prices to help suggest bid amounts. He recommended an amount and won with a bid lower than I was willing to pay. He was always responsive too and able to put offers together very quickly with support from his team. As a listing agent, he was supported by a top notch team. The photography team produced a top notch Matterport 3D model of my home as well as a beautiful video and fantastic photos.
