As I scanned the market for houses in the area, I was overwhelmed by how many areas there were to choose from. I was introduced to Dana Ohara Smith in January while I was still residing in Spokane Washington. She was a polite and encouraging voice over the phone. I traveled from Washington to Florida in September of this year. I had no idea where I was going to stay when I got here. Dana was such a good contact for me when I arrived, she contacted her network of reliable friends and set up a month to month rental for me in Hobe sound Florida. I was so happy to have a place to stay when I arrived, and Dana was a huge help in this matter. When we began our search, I was overwhelmed by the size of the area. I told Dana this was really going to be difficult. She reassured me that everything was going to be ok and we then began our search. Dana is an outstanding realtor as well as a licensed Appraiser in the area. She had knowledge not only of the area but the fair prices of housing. We looked and looked. She was always encouraging me to be diligent and not to give up hope. I was pleased to be place with such a professional and compassionate person as Dana is. We found a new construction home from Holiday builders and I made an offer on the property. The first meeting when he came to see the property and discuss everything with us; he spent a good deal of time and listened to us and explained in detail what we could expect. Once we had the placed cleaned out, they came in and took photos to upload to their site, which is far reaching. Chase or Neil would contact us frequently to advise status of the market. they were very communicative and very responsive. The end became dicey due to the title company whom the buyer chose and Chase intervened repeatedly to facilitate the closing in a timely manner. The bottom line is they got it done and stayed in touch throughout the process. i would highly recommend this team for your needs.
