I got hooked by the ad for Blackberry Frozen Custard "Concrete" in a collector cup about 1PM on warm day. The kid taking order pushed the wrong button "Jackhammer" and charged me extra. It was so busy, I just "whatever". Sure enough, after 10 minutes I get the wrong item brought to me. 10 more minutes, other customers now standing around, kid gives me what I originally wanted, but tells me it "was for somebody else". Yep, it had melted a bit already, so what. I dug into it, and only TWO blackberries are found! Did that other somebody pick out all the berries??? I waited 10 more minutes at window, pointed out the ghost berries that were not in this "Concrete". Zero! The kid messes with the register and reverses charge back to my card. So I offer him the collector cup back, but he says Keep it. read more

Solid frozen custard. Chocolate is the best - rich and deep chocolate flavor. Vanilla was a bit bland but considering it's a base for all the stir ins, it's fine. Prefer mine plain on a cake cone and this didn't disappoint. read more

Just gave them another chance and the plain vanilla custard was just right! Writing this review in hopes that the manager can see it because I like this place. Annoyingly inconsistent recipe. Sometimes the vanilla custard is too sweet, sometimes it is not sweetened enough. This is the second time in less than 2 months that I received custard that is not sweetened enough. I get the plain stuff and I had to toss it because I didn't go there for sugar free custard. Staff is SUPERB! They are always friendly! The custard is good when it is done right. TL;DR - best frozen custard ever! Food - I have been coming here since it opened in 2017, and the custard is super smooth and flavorful. I've just about had their whole menu by now, and there's not a single bad thing. The seasonal items are also something to look forward to every month (the Cookie Casanova and strawberry shortcake are so good). Service - standard Ambiance - only outdoor seating (benches on their patio) so most people just sit in their cars and eat when it's chilly outside, but during the summers there's plenty of people hanging out on their patio. read more

I love the flavor selection here! I always have to decide between something fruity or something chocolatey, but Andy's has a great selection that combines both. I frequently get their snowmonster concrete in a small size since their portions are pretty solid and the custard itself is very sweet. Friendly staff! read more

Never had frozen custard before and had to try since it was a texas thing. Got the mint custard. Sizes are super big here. I think a small is probably more than enough to share with 2 people. I thought it was ok, a little too sweet for me. read more

This location had fast service and the employees were super nice, too. Except for one they were mostly all wearing masks and distancing themselves to make us feel comfortable. The custard could have been at a lower temperature because our scoops were melting by the time we got them (it was cold out with temp sitting right around 40°) but otherwise it was a great experience. The customer service was great! The young man working the drive through helped us decide,as it was our first time here. Boyfriend got a buttered pecan jackhammer with a creme caramel center. I got I strawberry cheesecake sundae with butterscotch drizzle. We ordered ours both in a size small! But I know everything is bigger in Texas,so they're really a large! Lol! Stand at the window and watch how the ice-cream is being made inside, so cool. The taste is smooth and silky, not dense or heavy. It's a lovely custard texture. read more

Having a sweet tooth is such a bad thing . It's a constant struggle to resist desserts and giving it up. Walked 2 miles after eating it just to reduce some guilt. Ordered the Small ( looks like a medium)Butter Pecan ($5.62 with Tax) and it was pretty good. It was loaded with lot of roasted pecans. Literally every bite had one pecan. OMG!!!!! Andy's Ozark Turtle Sundae is frozen custard covered with hot fudge, crème caramel, roasted pecans, and topped with a cherry. It is my absolute favorite treat. Andy's is a walk up or drive thru Custard Parlor that has all your favorites. The Staff is always amazing, plenty of parking and well lit for nighttime sweet tooth runs. If you have any allergy, please please warn them. 2 stars because regardless of their mistake, their custard is still very good. I have a tree nut allergy but not a peanut allergy. My sister got me a junior Tin Roof Sundae which has Spanish peanuts, but no tree nuts. The employees must use the same scooper with the peanuts as they do with the pecans, because I ended up with a few pecans in my custard that I did not notice until halfway through since it had melted quite a bit by the time she brought it home. I was hoping it was just one pecan rogue by the time I noticed, but I soon started having an allergic reaction - so I'm assuming there were more in the custard that I did not notice and ate. My allergy is not bad enough where cross contamination such as pecan "dust" could be an issue, it only flares when I eat an entire nut. This is my first time ever experiencing an issue like this at any establishment regarding my allergy. Please ensure that this is corrected so that others with more strict allergy requirements do not end up in my position. read more

Been to Andy's before, and this location met the same great standards. The drive-thru service is fast (and friendly!). And the custard - rich and creamy yet not too heavy. This is the type of custard where you can eat a good amount and not feel like you need to take a fat nap right after. Generous mix of Oreo/strawberry in my order, which is always a plus. Great location & great spot for dessert! The product is usually great for the most part. The biggest issue with this location is the service! Seems like taking your order and getting it correct is a problem. Also I may not order large sizes anymore, as they don't put enough product in to compensate for the overwhelming amount of custard. Haven't had this issue with other locations except this one. Just sucks since this is the closest location for me. I'll travel elsewhere to have a better service experience with staff that actually cares about customer service! read more

The good: delicious frozen custard. I always get the Turtle Sundae. The bad: twice the the employees taking orders by the menu have disappeared without explanation and never returned. The ugly: this presents a quandary. Do I wait until they return or drive to the window to order? The first time this happened the young girl absolutely refused to take my and told me to drive around. I just left. (Thank you Joyce Meyer for teachings on patience and not making a scene.) Same situation today however the gentleman in the truck behind me told me I'd be served at the window. Custard... awesome! The service was horrible. Do not let someone that can't give service without rolling their eyes when talked to the cashier roll. That's not okay to let15 people stand in the back when clearly this girl with the terrible attitude need help. Get her out of the front window. I would not be surprised if she is out of there in a week. Only been on one of these establishments twice. Both yummy but this one in particular is unmanaged. How can you not see when one of your employees is miserable. All alone and upfront... she was not even trying to act "okay". You don't have to smile or even be nice but courtesy goes a long way.
