Okay, here's the thing, it's a DIVE, and that's great. If you're looking for a barebones, hard pouring, friendly, and just all around local place. It's Andy's. Not everywhere has to be cool, "vibes" (whatever that means), or have some sort "thing." Really a barfly and gambling type place, with some food (sandwiches, dogs, chips and such) just the basics, but for just 3.50-7 bucks, why not.
