My spare tyre was also flat - the rim was bent from an earlier collision with a kerb and I had forgotten to get it fixed. A friend gave me a lift with the two tyres to my local Beaurepaires to try to get the problem fixed. The flat tyre was quite bald and unrepairable and, being a few days before payday I could not afford to buy a new tyre. I came into the store at 10 am - two hours before closing on a busy day with few staff. The man who served me initially said he wasn't sure if he could help today but, he must have seen from my face how distressed I was (it being a long weekend) so he went above and beyond to hammer out the bent rim on my spare tyre and reinflate it - it took him at least 30 min and he didn't charge me!!! I will certainly be going back on payday to buy the four new tyres I need from this business!!! His kindness made my day - THANK YOU!!!

As I drive into the local tyre repair place, all I think of is OMG how much is this going to cost me. Walking into the shop the first thing my eye is drawn to is the TV in the corner which is on and the two really nice looking black leather couches. I walk up to the front counter thinking 'I'll have to make a booking and come back some other time', and am greeted by a nice tall man (mind you anyone over 5' 4" is tall). I proceed to tell him what I think the problem is and he suggests I go make myself comfy whilst he goes to have a look. Upon scanning the coffee table for something to read other than car magazines, I see there are several female orientated ones amongst them. I pick up Adelaide Matters (which I love) and start flicking through the pages. Soon after, he walks over to me rolling along my back tyre and proceeds explain what the problem is, what needs to be done and his recommendations to fix further issues. My new spare tyre sitting in the boot is not going to completely solve the issue and I decide to go with his recommendation of changing the two back tyres so they balance up the back of my vehicle and to replace the front two tyres in six months time. A short time later, wham bam, and it's done....now that's service! He made my purchase a lot less painful especially by pointing out my current tyres are $100ea more expensive than the brand he was putting on and were also much better quality. All in all I was looked after with service, quality and comfort, by someone who takes pride and care in their job, local community and especially their customer.

They do a great job with servicing, they replaced a panel on a car for us once, going above and beyond to find the parts, slightly modify the second-hand-new panel and complete the replacement. This morning my mother noticed two of my brake lights had stopped working and after a quick phone call I was invited to bring my car up. The two lights were replaced straight away by a lovely mechanic and it was so reasonably priced I almost didn't believe it. Would highly, highly recommend this great, local business.

A few days later I got a call and my little Mitsi was booked in. The repairer kept me updated as to what needed to be done via message so as not to disturb me at work and let me know when the repairs were going to be delayed due to a lack of parts. He even checked my wheel alignment as he was concerned that may have been impacted. They were flexible about pick up times and we arranged for me to pick my car up after hours with them leaving my key in an inconspicuous place. Overall I was really happy with the work they did on my Mitsi and the customer service was out of this world.

John, who runs the place, is one of those old school friendly, reliable and trustworthy mechanics. The repairs are always done promptly and well and they offer a "chauffeur service" if you can't get home. It is a small, family run business and it is run well. John's other mechanic whom I call "smiley" because he is, and I cant remember his name, is also great. Last time I had my car in for servicing he noticed some other little thing on the body of the car that was bent out of shape (don't ask me any technical terms ) and went out of his way to fix it. I would highly recommend this auto repairs, especially for females who don't know anything about cars because you won't get ripped off! Tip: It is a little hard to find when you go for the first time as the signage doesn't stand out.
