Worst people ever who will work different Hospitals billing you out of network. You wake up from surgery getting a separate bill costing you thousands. Worst yet the Hospital will say everything is paid for until you get the anesthesiologists bill. read more

Anesthesiologist was great. Explained what they were going to do and did it well. What is really, really irritating is their billing practice of cash or check only. No HSA. No debit. No credit card. I have an HSA that I use for medical expenses. This IS 2017 after all. I am sure it has something to do with that pesky 3% (or whatever it is) credit transaction fee or some other penny pinching reason. In an industry where we are routinely overcharged - just jack up your already inflated price to cover the extra. What makes it cool for Anesthesia Associates is "Who is my anesthesiologist?" is usually not a question I think to ask my surgeon before a procedure. Horrible!!! They need more education in billing. They have billed me over and over again and threatening collections, when they haven't even billed my insurance (which is efficient) once. They keep saying they corrected the billing and billed the insurance (which they have listed on the statement by the way) each time I call, but it still has not appeared as billed on the insurance account. This is unacceptable. How come all the of the healthcare team has billed and been paid except for this company, almost a year after the surgery? Something is so wrong with their billing department! read more

If I could give them 0 stars I would........my insurance paid them in full at $322.00 Approx 1 year later my insurance decided that my coverage was off by 5 days, so they requested the money back from Anesthia Associates......then they billed me for $700.00!!!!! They would not accept from me the original amount of $322.00 .....pig headed and stubborn unfairly upping the price of the procedure ....beware of unfair practices from this money hungry office read more

These people don't care about you, all they care about is getting paid. Even when they were aware that they would be paid once the Accident claim was paid. So instead of waiting 45 extra days when they know they are getting paid what do they do...............Screw you by sending it to collection. So both them and the collection agency don't care that a whopping $54 screws the patient when they were paid. Don't matter how good your service is, it is only as good as how you treat them afterwards. read more

As with everyone else, I've had the same billing problems. Didn't get a first bill until 3 months after service (they claim they sent them out) called in Feb to off cash if they could work with us a little on price, they refused so we made a payment arrangement. They took improper notes about arrangement and didn't hold up their end of the "deal" and took me to collections after making two payments toward the bill. I was told I had a 7-10 day grace period before it would be considered past due. They sent to collections. After seeing their reviews on other sights (health grades, yellowpages etc) they obviously have some internal issues that so many of us have the same billing problems. Sadly, the manager seems to have issues of his own as he hung up the phone on me and tried to "stone wall" me when I was trying to discuss my bill and how his staff failed me. He came off as completely unprofessional and unable to handle the problem. read more
