I am a very positive person, and I always let this flow over into my phone calls. I called this company with a positive attitude, although they were still charging me for the contractual adjustment amount, which they are legally required to write off. I called last month and they said they resolved it, but I received another bill. The first lady that I called, I believe her name was Tiffany, was an absolute angel! I forgot that she told me to call her back on her extension if I received another bill... So I called the phone number on the bill again - this time, I was answered with a very rude representative. She laughed at me for stating that my insurance paid the contractual adjustment (yes, misstatement on my end. I know it is a write off) but continued to act like I was stupid. Excuse me, YOU WERE THE ONES TO SEND ME A BILL FOR THAT WRITE OFF WHEN YOU ARE LEGALLY BOUND TO WRITE IT OFF... Again, I would never complain about someone if I did not have a rightful reason - in face, this is the very first poor review I have ever left. However, the phone call left me feeling like a fool when in reality, it was not my mistake but theirs. I wish I had called Tiffany back. Moral of the story - not everyone can help customers without making them feel bad for calling and asking questions. Not everyone can be kind. Every company needs a Tiffany to answer the phone. So far I am having the same issue with this group. Only I have insurance. My copay for surgery was $250. Fifteen months later I get a statement from this group for $975. I called my insurance and was told that it had been billed with the wrong Dx code. Agent called the practice while I was on the line and left a message on how to resolve the claim. I received no call back from Tiffany. The name on her voicemail. This was on Dec 20, 2024. I checked the claim today still not paid. I called taled to my insurance now the claim was denied for untimely filing. To say I'm angry is an understatement. I called the practice and left a message in their general mailbox asking for a manager to call me back. This is a billing error. It would have been paid if it had been billed correctly. And done before the time fir billing insurance had expired. They have 12 months ftom service to bill and or appeal with medical records. I am not paying for their mistakes. read more

Horrible service. Does not return critical and important phone calls or messages. Sent me a bill for 1k when the anesthesia was included in my overall surgery (insert side eye). The quoted and paid for amount of the anesthesia was $350 of the seventy-five hundred that was my grand total for the surgery. Set up reoccurring payments on the pay portal before it was even brought to my attention that I had already paid for anesthesia in my grand total now there is no way to cancel the payments online (min $100 a month)!! My medical center has no idea where the 1k came from but to be fair they have yet to even have sent what is owed to AA ($350) but why bill me more than what I already paid for? And forget about getting a call back. When I did speak to someone the day after my post op check in, as soon as I was told the money hasn't been sent over, there was an issue, the person was very rude. I couldn't tell if it was a she or he by the voice and didn't get a name but whoever is in billing. Said they would do research on this and give me a call back (insert eye roll). It's now been over a week. Unpleasent to have to deal with these people. I didn't consent to this amount anywhere in my paperwork nor was I informed this could even be a possibility. I paid in full for the surgery and the prices I was quoted. This is not right. Can't get through, can't cancel and can't get answers. Horrible organization. At least my medical office is supposedly trying to get through as well. Waiting on a call back from them (another eye roll). What a freaking circus!! read more
