Many issues identified by another plumber doing routine regular maintenance who is actually certified on the system regarding its installation. Don't hire them for radiant floor heat installation. Advised incorrectly about maintaining system also which according to someone who is certified to install them would cause damage to other parts. Didn't leave the installation manual that would normally be the box for a new system. They also don't return phone calls.

Owners wife was very vicious in her collection letter, charged an "administrative fee" of $186, which is a devious way to milk you for more money, until you realize you can deduct this amount if you pay the bill on time.
