Although one of the cheaper places to repair climbing shoes, I was not happy at the results…read more I explained that I needed them glued in places as well as resoled. The process took more than three weeks (v long) as they sent them away to be repaired. The new soles were yellow and not black (looks weird but I don't mind). However the places I needed glued were not repaired despite the guy remembering that I had talked to him about this issue and it being noted on the repair docket. No reduction of price offered and had to take the shoes instead of waiting another 2-3 weeks to get them repaired again. Won't be getting such repair here again and the German customer service and standards of repair are lacking in this store.
