But being new to town (and no one writes reviews on yelp!) well OK I will try it. And yes I am glad I did. I went in for a pedicure. One of the managers, Mai, came up to me and introduced herself. She was so outgoing and friendly I decided OK let's do nails and wax too! The price was reasonable the service was great. My nails look awesome but the best part was that I felt welcomed and at home. I was treated like a burden when I came during their operating hours and my lashes weren't even secured. by the next day my clusters were falling off, when goung back I was tolf the one who did them is the manager and there isn't anything they can do. horrible experience, eve after countless times they cha prices and overcharged me I went back for the good people, but now I am utterly disappointed in the way I was treated and the quality. How they treat some customers so warmly but others so coldly like we are waste of times when we are coming in to give our money.
