I've been going here for the past two years. I've never left dissatisfied. Everyone that worksthere is always really friendly and the service is always great. I usually get a pedicure and my eye brows waxed. Only the manager does the waxing and she does a fabulous job. The shape is always just right and the wax is never too hot. My feet always look good when I leave. However, I must say (which is what enticed me to write a review) that today I had the best pedicure ever. The lady massaged and scrubbed better than any pedicure I've ever had. I'm thinking they may be stepping up their game since the new nail shop opened up down the street. Next month they are offering- a happy hour special M-Th, 11-3 (I think): $30 for a pedi and a mani. All in all, I will continue going here. I've never had a bad experience and haven't noticed any hygeine issues. read more

I love this place it was my first time trying it , Ione of the tech did my nails I really didn't like it at first because Ethel were so thick but then Tom I think so he was the manager he really made me leave happy, fixed my nails and did a great job I told him I don't even like the color he put a white bottom then put a pink color on top which end up the color that I asked for. My daughter had her eyebrows waxed today and it was the absolute worst service ever! The lady dripped waxed onto my daughter's eyelid near her eyelashes and thank God she didn't get it into her eye! Took forever to get the wax out of my daughter's eyelash! Just horrible service! read more

I would most definitely recommend! It was my first time going and I was on a time crunch but was able to get a beautiful acrylic set. The price wasn't too bad, $40 for my set with gel. The nail tech I had was Victoria she was sweet, quick and very good! This is probably the best set I've ever had, and I've been getting nails for almost 5 years now! I went here to get a mani pedi for a date with my boyfriend. They did my nails while they did my toes which was strange to me and not at all relaxing. The lady cut my left ring finger while doing my cuticles and then poured in a substance that looked and felt like acrylic glue. Two days later my finger is now infected. I'm a regular at this nail salon but recently they have been making a lot of mistakes that's one of the reason I stop coming into this salon. After two months of not doing my nails I came back and did my nails with Lisa. Worst mistake ever. She's been here for around 8 months. The first time I got her she was super patience and took a while. Which is understandable. Today I came again and I regret it so bad. Besides taking 2 hrs doing a full set with a French gel. The owner came to show her how to file and how to do the square shape. He was literally explaining her how to put the balls of acrylic and how to drag it on the nail. They were about to close and she tried to hurry up because I was the only client here. I won't be coming back again. I told the owner that it was the longest time I've spend doing my nails. He said that o well we are trying to do the best that we can. Which I understand but if your employee has been here for 8 months already why is she still training?? My nails are not the worst and best but super bumpy and thick. Plus got charge 60 bucks plus tip this is the first time it hurts me to pay this set that I don't like. read more

Flawless nail salon in TX. The salon is homey and hygiene and the special thing that made you cannot refuse to comeback is that all products are eco friendly. They have a wide variety of services as well as a large colorful selection of polishes for both Shellac and regular nail polish. The staff is attentive and professional, specially Helen, plus intimate and easy to talk to. My pedicure was excellent but omg. I also got a full set. They did my nails the same time as my pedicure which may have been the first mistake. But I understood, the shop was empty. Why not? I was upsold to solar nails even though I said no. It was only $3 more as she kept saying. She cut my nails down and was about to apply the overlay without asking with shape I wanted. So I stopped her and told her. She then started to shape them in the almond shape. I even provided a picture of the shape I wanted. She was making them really pointy. That's ok. I can deal with that but boy were they lopsided. I kept looking at them so I think she attempted to fix them. Nope. Horrible shape. Horrible but it was ok. I was going to let them grow out and have them fixed. Nope. Two days later, one nail just popped off. I didn't even feel it. I put my hand in my purse (which doesn't hold much but my wallet? to get my wallet and came out with one less finger nail. Wow!!! I am a person who does not work so I don't anything strenuous with my hands. I was just forced to remove them. I could have had the nail fixed but why when I hated the whole set? I will not be revisiting unless it's for a refund. Ps the ladies were really rude. Making comments about everyone who walked and even talking about me as I sat there. The lady who did my pedicure stared into my face for 5 mins without saying a word. I'm sure she was having a negative thought. read more

Not going back.I tried this salon because it was close to my home. I booked online for the discount like the sign on the window states. The website does not list specific prices for nail services and I guess they assume you know when you walk in. The lady who did my nails the first time did a great job but by the time my nails were done my $15 fill went up to $40. Pricing not posted in shop or website. I made another appt with the same lady on the website and got a confirmation for appt and walked in at my time and everyone was clueless that I had an appt. I let someone else do my nails thinking how bad could it be. Well all my nails had cracks in the acrylic and some even broke. This was less than a week after my fill. Good luck to you. read more

I have to admit that the convenience of this salon is the only thing that made me go back today. My first experience with this place was not so good. The lady that did my pedicure was on her phone every couple of minutes. Something about her needing to be picked up in a few minutes...? She also was ripping my cuticles out. Not cutting them like they are supposed to. I screamed out in pain the first time she did it. Then had to ask her to stop what she was doing the second time. That made me want to ask to see her license! Results were okay. Kinda painful though. Then today I go again because I wanted a mani and pedi. The tub that they filled for me didn't look very clean and the water was cold. While one lady was doing my toes another woman started on my hands. This woman, I guess was the greeter for the day. Every time someone would come in the front door she would stop and yell across the salon, then leave to help them. Are the tools they are using supposed to go around the room like that? Is that sanitary? Well, I guess that wasn't enough for me so I got my eyebrows waxed. The same woman that did my nails did my brows. I was a little embarrassed because they do this in a chair in the middle of the salon...??? Not cool. I have to admit she did a good job, but I don't think I'll be going back there again. I don't go do things like this for myself very often, so this experience was kinda a bummer. I'll have to find somewhere else to go. read more

The service there was great. I went with my mother-in-law and we had a good time watching Family Feud while getting pedicures. We got the deluxe pedicure with the sea salt massage and paraffin wax. The wax was hot, but still felt great. We walked in without an appointment an hour before closing and only had to wait about 10 minutes. The business was very easy to find too. read more

I come here on a regular basis and the service gets worse and worse! When Nadden did my services it was great. She isn't here and the service sucks. I came to get a pedi today and I wanted a specific person. They all began to speak in their native tongue and laugh then I looked at then and it was oh hi how are u. Epic Fail!!! Just moved to Pflugerville from Chicago and looking for a new nail salon. I've gone to 4 different salons and this one will be my go-to! Clean, friendly, gentle and they use these neat keratin gloves! It was a little weird at first but my hands, are SO SOFT!!! My cuticles looks great and it was a nice little treat! You have to go try it out! I wear gel polish so I got a soak off, manicure and fresh polish for $28. Which seems to be about average here. I'm a happy and satisfied customer! I have visited Angel Nails and Spa twice over the course of 3 years, and each time I go I am never treated as a guest. Today I went in to get my eyebrows waxed and unfortunately the process of getting on the list and having someone take care of me as their customer all seemed rushed and lacked effort. In short, after my eyebrows were waxed the employee applied the wax remover on my eyebrows but did not disinfect them, therefore causing my eyebrows to be itchy until I got home. In addition the employee also failed to show me my eyebrows after the waxing was done - she simply took me to the front where I would pay and said "$10.00". In the end, I got the service done quickly but had an unpleasant experience. I ended up being the one saying "thank you and have a nice day" and the employee said nothing. read more

I would not recommend that you go in at the end of the week and expect personal take your time service. They get very busy and you may have 2-3 people take care of your one service. I usually don't go here I have a go to spot which is not open on sundays unfortunately and needed my nails done ASAP so I Scheduled an appointment and when I showed up I was told there was no scheduled appointment when I know in fact I did even though that happened I still asked what is the wait time a man who seemed to be the owner I assume since he was the only one on talking just told me maybe I scheduled for a different day with a blank stare why would they ignore my question about the wait time ?
