She did a great job with the facial and my eyebrows! I have a scar through one of them thanks to a childhood accident, and she was so meticulous that you can't even tell. In the past when I've had my brows waxed, the tech left them looking a little uneven or too thin. My skin felt so smooth and soft from the facial. My husband noticed (lol) and complimented me when I got home. I enjoyed the facial and the massage so much that I almost fell asleep during both. Symone did a wonderful job with the massage. The facial includes a neck, shoulder, and arm massage which is just lovely. The pedicure by Candy was also nice, but I had to come back for that the next day due to scheduling issues. The spa is gorgeous and spotlessly clean. They follow all Covid procedures including temp checks when you check in. All in all, I'd recommend this spa for an afternoon of pampering. As for product selling as mentioned in other reviews, when I went to pay, the young woman at the desk told me which products were suggested, but I declined due to cost and she was very nice about it.
