If I could give zero stars I would. Worst " massage " I've had in my life. If you even want to call it that. My friend and I went in to get a couples massage. First off neither women introduced themselves or asked if there were areas of concern or areas to avoid which is typically something they ask. We were placed on old creaky beds that sounded like they were going to break at any second. They do not use a dropping method like other spas , they literally rip off the sheet and leave you exposed. The women doing my massage left the room multiple times to answer the phone without saying a word to me. I noticed she spent an unusually long amount of time on my back , which I didn't specifically request. I asked her if she could do the rest of my body so she proceeded ti literally rip down my underwear and massage my butt which again is not something I've ever had them so. Meanwhile the women giving my friend a massage also leaves to answer her cell phone which was abnoxiusly loud!! She also farted a few times during the massage which was uncomfortable!!! All of a sudden she says times up. Mind you she had only massaged my back and half of my legs. So I informed her since you gave half a massage I will pay you for half the service, and I did. I forgot to mention the best part !! The entire time of the massage there were dogs barking in the back!!! This was the most unenjoyable massage I have ever had. Also the beds are cold not heated and instead of relaxing music in the background you get the luxury of listening to other people's massage, conversations and dogs barking constantly!! Waste of time and money she's lucky I even paid for half as no part of this was enjoyable. Then they had the audacity to ask my friend for a tip! Here's a tip for you find another profession!! I have received many massages here by Jessica and Eva and they were great deep tissue massage and 7 of the 9 massages were 2 hour massages. I have back, neck and knee problems and they worked tirelessly and always help me feel better. I am a construction worker and always on concrete and the relief is greatly appreciated! I had purchased a 60 minute foot reflexology for my husband and myself before I checked the reviews on Yelp so I was a little concerned before my appointment. Our experience was amazing. My husband had gone there last fall for a full body massage and a foot massage. He raved about it and was excited that he had found this place in the Utica area. Since we only spend our summers here he had to wait awhile before we could experience it together. We were both delighted. The facility was clean and we were attended to within 5 minutes of arriving for our appointment. I was happy that I didn't have to print our my pre-purchased receipt as they accepted the copy on my phone. the Foot Massage was so much more, the staff was attentive and delightful to deal with and very appreciative. I went here there Yesterday with a friend and had the 1 hour reflexology foot massage. It was amazing. The foot massage turned into a fullbody massage in this converting chair, We both have knee issues. After the treatment, we were both able to walk normally for hours! Truly something to be thankful for. I was so happy with the quality of the massage that I returned today for a full body massage. Again, it was incredible. Rate me as disappointed as I have received 2 straight sub standard massages recently. Previously I had received mostly excellent massages. New staff perhaps. The masseuse spent 45 minutes on upper back and neckv only, and ignored other problem areas. Used elbows too roughly also. Felt like I was ripped off. A massage is a treat and to drop $60 plus a tip for a so-so massage is a real disappointment. You should give discounts if you have untrained individuals. read more

This place was OK. Staff was very nice but you are in a chair in a store front in like a strip mall and it is very noisy. Between the reflexologist jumping up to answer phone and other people sitting directly next to and across from you chatting away while they wait for their treatment. Not exactly relaxing. read more

Today was my first and last visit to Angel Touch! I received a 60 min. Massage gift certificate for Christmas and decided I should use it before I lose it! So I went in and didn't feel comfortable from the beginning! I was told to put head in hole and that was it. The massage was ok...nothing spectacular. After the masseuse left I walked out and asked for change so I could leave a tip! I proceeded to leave a tip well over 20% even though I was never truly comfortable. The lady had the audacity to tell me that other customers tip more and that I didn't leave enough for the masseuse and all his hard work. I couldn't believe she even considered saying this and found it to be very rude! Needless to say I will never return! read more

The environment is really pretty, relaxing, and well done. However, the walls are very thin and you can hear all the hustle and bustle of the deli next door, and I could hear television playing when my relaxing spa music reached a quiet point. So the sound problems really do interfere with the peaceful ambiance. The 1-hour foot massage was AMAZING and well worth the money, aside from the disruptive noise problem. I received my foot massage from who may be the owner; he speaks English really well. I've also received 2 full-body massages and one 30-minute foot massage, all from people who don't speak or understand a word of English. The 30-minute foot massage and first full body massage was pretty good, and the second one was just okay. It IS important to know that they cannot converse with you, so you cannot ask for adjustment in pressure or to target a troublesome area, and there is no release to sign or a questionnaire to fill out. So, if you have a medical problem, I imagine you'd be unable to let them know. Also, they will harass you if you tip less than 15%; I've seen them do it to someone else and they did it to me on my 4th visit (the only time I tipped 12% instead of 15). Due to being forced to pay 15% extra the fourth time (when I wasn't really happy with my massage), I won't go back, because I feel that it's rude and unprofessional. They should just raise their price 15% higher and then accept that gratuities are a BONUS that depends on the satisfaction or means of the customer. read more

I have never had such a bad experience with massage therapists as I did this one. The massage therapist did not speak English, did not ask me of any medical issues that may need more delicate care, and there was not a medical release signed. After the massage started and I began being bent like a pretzel, I asked they be a little more gentle. The therapist responded by saying,"No worry, just relax." Additionally, without warning she pulled my under garments down without letting me know, and as she left the room, she left the door wide open leaving me exposed. I have never felt more violated or humiliated in all my life. I now am bruised from the way I was handled, and will be filing a complaint against this business. To say they are a professional business that is highly trained in massage therapy is one of the biggest jokes!!!! I received a gift for a 60 minute massage because I had a migraine. My friend called trying to buy a package and the woman didn't know how to do it so she hung up on him. He ended up going on Groupon to Buy the massage. I called to make the appointment and the woman said 2pm was fine. I drove all the way down there and as I was pulling into the parking lot I received a call saying that they couldn't take me at 2. Maybe I could come back at 3 or come another day. I went back at 3 and I still have a migraine but the massage was good. As I was getting ready to leave I said thank you. And she looked at me strangely and then continued to say to me aren't you going to pay? I explained to her that I had already given the Other Woman the Groupon and so everything was paid for. She then said I understand that I'm talking about a tip. I was confused as this was a gift and I had not brought money with me. I proceeded to tell her that I did not bring money with me , then told me that it's okay because they have a credit card machine. At that point I really didn't know what to do because I was not expecting to pay again as this was a gift but she was very insistent that I pay her a tip . normally I would not mind as when I go get other services done I do tip. But I do not appreciate being cornered and told that I need to pay her a tip. I found that to be quite rude. read more
