I attended one session with Rachel, who I found to be professional, lovely, compassionate and kind. The office is within a flat building, and her space is comfortable and stylish. I'm not sure anything short of a coma would've taken me away from severe "morning sickness" lasting 40 weeks of gestation -- but it was worth a try. I can't fault Rachel for trying! I felt Rachel truly cared about my health and wellbeing, and she even equipped me with some audio files to share with my husband, who has insomnia issues. In the end I just couldn't muster the energy to attend more appointments, but when I walk by the office on Central Street I remind myself I should give it another try for less pressing issues like stress, sleep issues, etc. I think consistent sessions with her could greatly improve mental capacity and relaxation. I do really believe in hypnotherapy, and Rachel has a VERY soothing presence and voice that can send you very deep into your own subworld. So, I'll go make that call now. :)

Surgery hours have recently been extended so that working patients are more likely to be able to get appointments. They have also recently changed their booking system, allowing patients to book appointments up to two weeks in advance, as previously they only had an on-the-day booking system. The staff I have come across have been friendly and helpful, and the surgery is easily accessible. Overall, I would give this place a thumbs up, which for an NHS joint is pretty impressive.
