FAR superior to 800flowers and FDT as those typically arrive next day and via UPS or something in a box rather than a beautifully arranged surprise and a smiling delivery face to open the door too. This was one of the most disrespectful and uncomfortable customer service experiences I've had in a…read morelong time. From the moment I walked in, it was clear I was not welcome. The staff member acted annoyed by my presence, offered no genuine help, and very quickly began speaking to me in a condescending and dismissive manner. When I asked reasonable questions about the pricing -- which was extremely high -- I was treated as if I couldn't afford it and as if my questions were a waste of her time. If you're going to charge luxury prices, you should be able to explain the value behind them. I work with a wide range of clients, including high-profile individuals, and I understand premium pricing very well. What I don't accept is being talked down to or made to feel inferior for wanting clarity. Instead of professionalism, I got attitude, judgment, and blatant disrespect. The interaction was so uncomfortable that it made me seriously question whether I was being profiled based on my appearance or the color of my skin. I can't prove intent, but the treatment was undeniably dismissive and degrading -- something no customer should ever experience. This business clearly does not value all customers equally. If you don't fit whatever image they've decided is "worth their time," expect to be rushed, judged, and disrespected. I will never return, and I strongly advise others to take their money elsewhere.

The plans had to be altered for a future date for the garden memorial. I asked to change the arrangements. She was super sweet, friendly, helpful and kind. She helped me figure out what I wanted to send, and had LOTS of patience with my rambling thoughts. lol. The next day, the massive arrangement of 40 roses arrived at my friend's home. She was speechless.
