The only problem was that I had to drive to Concord or further to find spray tanning, so again I stopped. Recently, I decided to check to see if there were local businesses that offer spray tanning, and I was happy to discover a couple right in Plymouth. I decided to go with Stella for two reasons. #1 - Their website showed that they have a professionally trained person, Kristen Gilmore, dedicated to their spray tanning service. And #2 - when I called and spoke with Kristen, she was able to easily answer all of my questions and was familiar with how to work with my freckles and skin tone. I am so happy that I went with Stella Hair Boutique. Kristen was super friendly, but also very professional. When I had to strip down for her to apply the tanning solution, her manner and positivity removed any awkwardness or embarrassment on my part. I've used the Plymouth NH Smart Style for some last minute touch ups many times. The girl I used to see doesn't seem to be there anymore so I saw Dan/Danielle this time. She RUINED my hair. I went in with light blonde hair and some darker roots that I had some gold added to a few months ago (elsewhere). I said I just wanted a few highlights of that same gold added into my roots. I said don't change the bottom of my hair at all. I said I pull red badly so don't use anything that shows red. This Dan fool did the foils and half of them were hanging loosely almost an inch off my scalp!!! I spoke up and one of the other workers actually told me that I didn't ask for a root touch up so why would she do my roots! An absurd response overall but even more so since I was literally in there to brighten my root area. Dan ended up asking Sarah to help after that. They stated that they didn't feel confident in doing what I needed. This is after I'm sitting there with god knows what for foils done sloppily on my head. The two of them tag team my foils and Dan is left to tone my hair based on Sarah's instructions and all said and done they turned my entire head brassy red. All my light blonde is gone. My hair looks so unnatural. It's all so much darker than when I went in there. And the foils were so sloppy that it's spotty and uneven with my natural root color scattered messily. It's a terrible job. And in the end when I'm upset and angry, Sarah tells me it's my fault because I made Dan nervous by twitching my leg too much. (I starting doing the anxiety leg shake after they started tag teaming the already existing foils). Dan ran out back crying and never even showed their face to apologize or anything. Sarah made one excuse after another and wouldn't even own up to the fact that they screwed up bad.

I said I want the sides on top of my shoulders and then the "tip" at the same length my hair was minus an inch or two for the dead ends cut. I have bad vision without my glasses and so I couldn't see what she was doing but put my trust into her. Needless to say, she just cut my hair three inches ABOVE my shoulders and there was no V cut. So now my hair is being worn into a ponytail until my hair doesn't look horrible.
