Saul helped us pick out pastries. He was great to talk to. We had a few pastries there and a bunch of various flavored mini croissants to bring back to the Big Island. The best drink has to be the nutella latte. I was expecting it to be too sweet, but it wasn't. We stopped by here multiple times and it can get very busy. The seating downstairs is tight, but there is more upstairs. They also serve gelato, pizza, and savory pastries. I wouldn't recommend the chocolate croissant because there was hardly any chocolate in it.

Love the sweet treats here! Quick food service, a slow on the beverages. Cute decor! I enjoyed the Hazelnut crossaint. It was rich and decadent. We also tried the Sweet creme cheese Danish and Boston cream donut and loved them. The four cheese savory dish was a so cheesy and yummy.

Iced coffee and croissant were good. I expected a little more from the croissant sandwich but it got the job done. It was fresh, but you can tell it was just sitting around in the display case. Coffee was good and made fresh to order. Plenty of seating as there are seats upstairs. I would go back to try the pastries and pizza. The slice was huge. Not sure I would get the croissant sandwich again

Pizza was fresh. Pepperoni was yummy. Slice was pretty big and feeling. As for the ham and cheese sandwich it was okay. I had ordered a mushroom slice and sandwich on a croissant unfortunately when I was picking it up I was told it wasn't available. Store was clean and not crowded nor loud. Lady behind counter was very nice.

This location is right on broadway and it tended to get super busy. However, their system works in a way that the line keeps on moving despite how long it is. The pizza was freshly made, and the sandwich les can be warm up if you like that. The pastries are to die for! I was enchanted with the raspberry mousse, $10.99 but it's a good portion enough to share. The place is spacious and even though it was busy, the tables were clean. Great experience!

Dear Nutella croissant, Every time I have the honor of meeting again with you, you're exactly the same way. Fluffy, soft, and filled with my favorite surprise: Nutella. I don't always have the honor of getting to order you, but when I do, it's at Angelina Bakery. Where you're perfectly made. A few bites into your fluffy dough and I get to meet with my favorite treat. You're not just filled with it, you're loaded with Nutella. As I try not to get this decadent hazelnut gold everywhere else like my shirt, hands, chin, plate, me and my taste buds get to go on a little exciting and fun adventure with you. The best combo isn't peanut butter and jelly, it's bread and nutella (aka croissant and Nutella) and Angelina Bakery never disappoints with their powdered sugar croissant perfection. Thank you for existing. Until we meet again.

We popped into Angelina Bakery while walking through the city. We paused here to enjoy some pastries and a cappuccino. I ordered an almond croissant and it was the best one I had on the trip. The cafe is lovely and extremely clean. They had a beautiful patio but it was unfortunately locked. The restroom was also clean and the dining area was spacious. Additionally, they sell some really cool NY stickers that make great souvenirs. I highly recommend.

Came here late night after seeing a broadway show. We had good time. The serve pizza, pastries, coffees and gelatos. We came for a hot chocolate but they were sold out. So we ordered affogato instead and it was delicious! The servers were kind and moved fast. There is seating on the first and second floor. We sat on the second floor because the first floor was super crowded. We went on a Saturday night and they were open until midnight.

I guess this Angelina is one of many in a bakery chain. We ended up here because of its convenient location when we were craving something sweet. Chalk it up to male nature, but the dude behind the counter chose to first serve some pretty young women that came in behind us. Kudos to the pistachio gelato because it did have a pronounced pistachio flavor. But kudos will not be forthcoming for the cookies 'n cream gelato. It was sugary sweet but had an odd flavor. There wasn't even a hint of chocolate.

A busy day at Angelina's in the theater district.

My friends from out of town had been to Angelina's but I was not aware of it's existence until I ran across it on 8th Avenue. However, I ran into a friend and she told me of a newer Angelina's on Btoadway in the theater district. I went in and I believe it is on two levels. I sat downstairs and since I had already had lunch, I stopped in with a friend for a quick espresso. They had run out of paper cups for the espresso and I got it in a real cup, which was a treat. They have all sorts of baked goods which I will try the next time I stop in there. There is also a gelato counter and an area selling Italian donuts [bombolini] with fillings such as jelly or Nutella. It is a long thin space with a counter on one side and seating opposite this. A family of four were next to me and we're enjoying their pizzas. It has a nice vibe and you order at the counter and then get yourself a table. I would recommend and return.

So many options to choose from. From pastries, pizza, cakes, gelato, donuts, croissaints. There's really something for everyone here. We enjoyed the tiramisu, strawberry shortcake, chocolate cake and gelato. Everything was very tasty. I would go there again if I was in the area.

So happy we finally got to try this adorable place! I've seen it on past trips but we were always in a hurry. Such a vast array of pastries, sweet and treats it's hard to choose! We went with a sweet pistachio filled croissant and a savory breakfast pastry. Both were so good but the breakfast pastry with egg and spinach was so flakey and buttery it was definitely our winner! They have a great outdoor patio but our teen wanted to sit upstairs where the cute decor which I loved. It felt more Tiffany's than the Tiffany Cafe did. We definitely will be back.

The food was amazing. So much so that we went back in to get a chanlilly croissant for in the morning. Hands down the best bakery we experienced in the city during our visit. The pastry mostly is like a bready filled doughnut. Every single one was great and they had mini sizes too. My husband and I tried every variety. The chanlilly was the favorite. Then Nutella and raspberry. And finally pistachio. We tried a tart too (mini) combination of Nutella and pistachio that was also good -the pastry was more of a shortbread. The croissant was amazing. Light. Flakey. It's perfect. Also filled with your choice. They have seating outside and inside which is nice in the city. Service was excellent and kind. Thank you

We walked into a space that stood out compared to many smaller bubble tea shops, with a much more comfortable setup and plenty of seating that made it a place where we could actually sit down and enjoy our drink instead of just grabbing it to go. The clean interior and modern décor gave it a relaxed café feel, and watching the staff prepare the boba added a layer of engagement to the experience. The brown sugar milk boba is the main highlight and the drink that best represents what the shop does well. We ordered one and found the brown sugar flavor rich and caramel-like without becoming overly sweet, and the fresh-made boba had a softer, chewier texture compared to many standard tapioca pearls. The drink had a good balance between the sweetness, milk, and tea flavors, which made it easy to enjoy even for those who normally prefer less sugary drinks. Beyond the signature brown sugar drinks, there were also a variety of fruit teas, milk teas, and specialty options. The oolong milk tea stood out because the tea flavor came through more clearly, while fruit-based options like lychee drinks offered a lighter and more refreshing choice. The ability to customize sweetness levels also made it easier to find a drink that matched our preference. The service was quick and the staff were friendly during our visit. Since the boba is made fresh in-house, watching the preparation process gave the shop a more unique feel compared to typical chain bubble tea spots. The larger seating area was also a nice advantage, especially if we wanted to meet up with friends or take a break while exploring Koreatown. The team moved through orders efficiently, and the drinks came out without much delay. Overall, Xing Fu Tang Ktown is a strong choice for anyone looking for high-quality boba in a comfortable setting. The fresh-made pearls, well-balanced drinks, and spacious café atmosphere make it stand out from many other bubble tea shops in the area. It is a spot we would return to when we want a drink that feels more thoughtfully prepared rather than just a quick sweet beverage.

I've never tried a Japanese cheesecake before and was extremely excited to be able to pick up some treats for my coworkers as well as my partner's birthday cake from Keki. Ordering is fairly straightforward and done with a simple machine outfront. Once your order is ready one of the staff members hands it to you through a window; there is no inside area accessible to customers but our food came quickly and we took it back to the office. The cheesecake was fantastic. I read a bit about the background of the shop online and how the owner really cares about using high-quality ingredients, specifically dairy. It was justas described, light and bouncy. I enjoyed how it was not overly sweet and found that it was all too easy to devour the entire cake over the course of two days. Despite it not having much weight to it, it traveled surprisingly well as I took it home on my three train commute! Similar to what others have said, the real highlight of the shop, in my opinion, are their cream puffs. I'm not sure what I was expecting, but the outer layer was thin yet had a nice little crunch to it. We tried the classic milk, cookies & cream pistachio and ube flavors. Our favorite was the pistachio by far, which had such a unique yet decadent flavor and our second favorite was the milk cream puff. There's not much else I can say other than you really have to go here and try the desserts yourself. If you're a fan of Japanese desserts that are rich yet not too sweet, you'll be a fan of Keki.

And I commonly see the upstairs for private events like baby showers, bridal showers, or birthday parties on social media. After dinner with my friends, I was looking for dessert and I was glad to see this location closes relatively late on a weekday night at 11 pm. Upon walking in, I was greeted by a waiter who led us to one of the purple velvet chair booths that was perfect for two people and another waiter brought us a pitcher of water almost immediately. The menu is on a QR code already on the table and we were given ample of time to decide. My friend and I both already knew what we wanted to order. I got the purple Yam Souffle which takes 25 minutes to make and my friend got the fried squid tails. We also got a signature Rose Green Milk Tea to share. The waitress who took our order has great memory and recalled all of our items without writing it down. She also reminded me that I could adjust the ice and sugar levels of my drink which I had completely forgotten and would have got annoyed if my drink came out 100% sweetness. Another thing is that my drink order frequently comes out wrong at other locations so I was glad she got it right! Green tea instead of black tea and with milk instead of without milk. The purple Yam Souffle is just like the other locations. Hot, soft cakey texture balanced with an ice cold red bean Ice-Cream. So delicious! The squid tails on the other hand was not what we expected. It came out burnt and hard. The outer batter was not crispy either. We informed one of the waiters and he brought it back to inform the kitchen staff. We received a new batch that was not as burnt and had more flavoring this time around. However, the squid was still hard and not like the ones we get from other locations with smaller crispier pieces. Overall, it was still a good experience and I love the decorations at this location! This might be my second favorite location after the Flushing one. Would love to come back for brunch or hi-tea. Or regular food options when I have not already eaten dinner. My usual go-tos are the twister fries, Santa Fe chicken rolls, fried salted crispy chicken, and the trio dessert combo. However, this location has a lot more variety! We ordered potted rose milk tea to share, Dubai affogato and Brown Sugar Boba Mille Crêpes Cake. We came on a Friday around 4pm. Originally I wanted to try the strawberry matchamisu, however, was told that it sold out. What a bummer. The rose milk tea came with a themed pot and cups which is really cute. The rose fragrant smelled so good and the milk tea also tasted good and has a hint of rose taste. The cake was good, the boba was well cooked, chewy and flavorful! This time there was an unpleasant experience. At first when the Dubai affogato was served, we did not realize that the amount of the coffee was little until we saw another customer's dish that the volume of their coffee looked significantly more than ours. My friend brought it to the waitress attention but the waitress brushed it off and did not acknowledge our concern. When we finished and were about to leave, the same waitress came over and showed us that the container of the coffee was different and hence the volume of the coffee looked different. At this point, we did not care for it anymore. We would have been fine if the staff acknowledged our concern. We thought that maybe using standardized containers for the coffee would avoid this problem. Other than that, the food and drinks were good.
