Anyway, the gist is he's in San Juan, so maybe the Yelp platform was designed to enable him to cherry pick from inquiries out this way (the consult request clearly identified my zip and he followed through on that). So this is a typical kind of disappointment, they put their junk out there for you to view and drool, you get your wallet out all excited and ready to do it, followed by nonresponse or whatever in return.
