The written request was refused by Pam Stephens. Her suggested alternative was not viable either as it would have required me to sign a false/erroneous document. When I tried to explain why she hung up on me in mid-sentence. Completely unprofessional behavior by Pam. I ended up contacting the insurance carrier directly to get the policy cancelled, which finally occurred. Much time wasted dealing with this simple request.
