I think this place went out of business. Was always pretty sketchy. Strange hours. Not sure what the real business was

We bought a groupon to this place and a man named "Andrew" did the massage. He was very rough. At the end, he became threatening and stated that my mom could not leave the building because we supposedly had not paid the groupon ahead of time. My mom had to tell him the name, "Monica," in order to "prove" that we paid for a groupon that I had on my phone and had a receipt for. He was angry and rude and very unprofessional. read more

Had my first time with a foot massage and Angels Feet took great care of me. CJ and the receptionist were welcoming, informative, and made me comfortable. I would have given zero stars if it was an option. Horrible customer service, rude and disrespectful! I made an appointment and went to there and waited an hour and no one even came out to open the door or greet me, and I had an appointment. One time I called to schedule an appointment and this time they actually answered the phone, they said no and hung up on me. What kind of a business is this and how are they still open?!?! I bought a couple feet massage for me and the bf. It says they have 800 something good review on Groupon but your only able to read like 3 no matter how many times you click the "review all" tab. So I really think those review are FAKE! I paid $60/ couple foot massage. Firstly... it was super slow which was fine. me and my bf were the only people there. The guy that did my foot massage was nice but a little creepy. Prior to the massage reception guy ( which was also the person who did my massage) informed us the massage was suppose to feel a little uncomfortable but he never said it was suppose to hurt like hell! Also said they will be "lightly" touching your face arm. Lightly is an understatement! During the massage he preceded to move my face around almost like he was trying to tear off a mask! He also stuck his finger in my ear! I asked my boyfriend if his female massage lady did that to him. He said no! I guess the guy I got stuck with was just a creeper. Weirdo. Aside from the awkward ear touching and chest deep breath session. The foot massage itself was relaxing. I say it's worth it if you tell them not to touch you any where else except for your foot! I used a Groupon for an hour reflexology appointment. Monica was AMAZING! It is a relaxing, quiet atmosphere. They ask you what aromatherapy scents you prefer (I did peppermint and clove). They start by putting your feet in some warm water. Then they lean you back to your comfort level while putting warm towels over you. She started with my neck and shoulders and then went to my scalp and face. Sounds weird, but it wasn't. I really need someone to massage my face more. Ha! She went to my arms and hands next. That only lasted about 15min and the rest was a full on foot massage. I caught myself falling asleep several times. She didn't explain anything or tell me any ailments based on the reflexology but I didn't care and I was sleeping anyway. Lol. I'd definitely recommend with a Groupon. I'm not sure I could afford face value. read more

This place was very professional, clean, they explained everything and what reflexology was, and my massage therapist Andrew was great. I was actually surprised I went in with low expectations because its a reflexology place in a strip mall but my experience couldn't have been better. My only comment is its a reflexology massage - so it concentrates on hands and feet. If you are expecting a full body massage that isn't what they do and they tell you all of this. Shady business. I bought a couples massage from Groupon. On the Groupon it said to make an appointment, which I tried by calling the business. When they finally called me back two days later, they tried to tell me that I'm only able to use my Groupon Monday through Friday between the hours of 11 am and 5 pm. Never mind that this was not stated on their Groupon, and I'm sure they are just trying to fill their slow hours. Requested a refund from Groupon as I do not want to support a shady business such as this one. read more

Very unprofessional on the owners part! I bought a Groupon and called in to make an appointment. I was told I could only use it before 5pm or on Sundays which does not work for me. They clearly wrote in the description of the Groupon that it was not good on Saturdays but that was it. Before I purchased this I did look up on their website and confirmed that their hours worked for me so I was super surprised. When I asked nicely to no avail I told the owner that she was treating Groupon purchasers like second class citizens she said it was up to her discretion. I told her she should put it in the description if that was the case, because that is what other vendors do...back to "It is up our discretion"! sounds like they want to hide the fact. I told her that I wanted my money back and she said take it up with Groupon. I would not frequent this facility. OH LOOK they just changed their description! You would have thought they would have just taken my appointment and made a customer happy and said thanks I should changed the script! :-/ read more

BEWARE! BAD BUSINESS! POOR BUSINESS PRACTICE in misleading hours and callback. I called & left a message that I was on my way since website states they accept walk-ins. If you have a groupon, BE SURE to use it before the expiration date. Many places will still honor an expired groupon, but not this place. They will make you pay the upcharge, even if you have been a long-time customer. Very unsatisfactory customer service. Unhappy with the way I was treated, and even after I wrote them a letter explaining everything, I heard NOTHING back. You just lost a customer, Angel's Feet, and any future recommendations I may have made. read more
