The performer did not provide the service that was booked. Instead, she told the stag to remove his top, made him bark like a dog, slapped him on the face and backside, and put a dildo in his mouth. The entire "show" lasted around 8 minutes and was nothing like what was promised. This was extremely disappointing and embarrassing for everyone involved. We paid for a professional stag party entertainment service and did not receive what we were led to expect. To make matters worse, we have been unable to contact the company to resolve the issue, as the number provided (0862002000) does not appear to be working. I would strongly advise others not to book with this company. We also have a hen party booking scheduled for August, which will now be cancelled. Firstly, if you're not really that adept at playing these games, but you want to get some table experience this is a really low pressure environment to to get the experience you want. Also, once you sign up you're a member (it's Free) and each month they have different promotions that they'll text you about. Over the summer they ran a bunch of promotions where if you showed them the text they'd give you €50 free worth of chips to play. Not a bad deal, the one time I won it all back on the roulette and walked away with €50 in my pocket without having to put any money on the table.
