Then he yelled at me, saying he was "busy" and that I should've taken the towel earlier, and that I "should know how things work here"--despite never explaining anything in the first place. The way he spoke to me was disgusting -- he slowed down and talked to me as if I'm a two year old child, even though I'm fluent in English, have an American accent, and it's my first language. What made it even more disturbing was how warmly he treated the white customers who walked in right after me. The contrast was impossible to ignore. As a person of color, I was left questioning whether the hostility I received was rooted in something more than just bad service. For a place that prides itself on being an LGBT-friendly establishment, the way I was treated was genuinely shocking. The difference between how I was spoken to and how the white customers after me were treated was impossible to ignore. The performer did not provide the service that was booked. Instead, she told the stag to remove his top, made him bark like a dog, slapped him on the face and backside, and put a dildo in his mouth. The entire "show" lasted around 8 minutes and was nothing like what was promised. This was extremely disappointing and embarrassing for everyone involved. We paid for a professional stag party entertainment service and did not receive what we were led to expect. To make matters worse, we have been unable to contact the company to resolve the issue, as the number provided (0862002000) does not appear to be working. I would strongly advise others not to book with this company. We also have a hen party booking scheduled for August, which will now be cancelled. I'm absolutely disgusted and disappointed by the whole experience. A special occasion was ruined, and unfortunately, it cannot be undone.

They've got your basic games, roulette, blackjack, poker, etc. There are a few positives about the place. Firstly, if you're not really that adept at playing these games, but you want to get some table experience this is a really low pressure environment to to get the experience you want. Also, once you sign up you're a member (it's Free) and each month they have different promotions that they'll text you about. Over the summer they ran a bunch of promotions where if you showed them the text they'd give you €50 free worth of chips to play. Not a bad deal, the one time I won it all back on the roulette and walked away with €50 in my pocket without having to put any money on the table.
