I left them out for a couple of hours and then brought them back in to respect the life of the flowers that gave their lives... they never showed up. If you don't like spreading joy and happiness... maybe don't have a flower shop?

The person taking my order was very helpful, they charged no delivery fee even though it was further away and they put together a very nice arrangement with minimal guidance. I ordered flowers for my wife's birthday through FTD, and the arrangement was fulfilled by this local flower shop. The arrangement that was delivered looked nothing like the photo I ordered and paid approximately $100 for. It contained only six roses, unbloomed lilies, and came in a plastic vase. It was nowhere near the quality that was advertised. After receiving the arrangement, I contacted FTD to express my concerns. They agreed the order was unacceptable and informed me that it would be re-delivered. Instead of simply resolving the issue, I began receiving multiple voicemails from Nicole at the flower shop. She first called me and then later called again, addressing my wife by name. During that voicemail, she falsely claimed that I had refused to pay for the order and that I had blocked her, neither of which was true. She told us to place the flowers outside and she would pick them up and re-arrange, something that was not stated by FTD. I returned the call using the same number she had called from. During that conversation, Nicole called me a "dickhead" and hung up. When I called the shop directly to try to have a calm, respectful conversation, she immediately became confrontational. I even asked if we could have a civilized discussion, but instead she spoke to me in a condescending manner, saying things like, "Let me dumb it down for you." She claimed that I paid less through FTD, and received more, and that I had selected an option that allowed her to substitute and make it however she wanted. Before ending the call, she called me a "meathead," accused me of harassing her, and told me not to call again. My expectation was simple: if I pay for a $100 floral arrangement, I expect to receive something that reasonably resembles what was advertised. I also expect to be treated with professionalism when trying to resolve a legitimate customer service issue. The quality of the arrangement was disappointing, but the way this situation was handled was far worse. Based on this experience, I will no longer use FTD, and I certainly cannot recommend this flower shop to anyone looking for quality products or professional customer service. Save yourself the money and go buy a bouquet at your local Giant Eagle.

The lady that answered the phone was very nice but when I started with the first order and said we wanted yellow roses an awful woman next to her started mouthing off with a very rude attitude saying- No ! No ! No ! We are not doing that ! he can order a basket but we are not getting that specific on what he gets. Not only did I end the call but I quickly called other family members and told them not to call there and we needed to find another florist.
