Updating the review as the guys did get back to me finally. I guess a check was sent but lost in…read morethe mail. They got it sorted out and I was refunded the correct amount. Now onto the the actual work. I contacted them months ago for some estimates and Jim/Virgil was great to work with. He came out as requested and gave fair estimates for both drywall work, replacement stairs, and ceiling work. He even came out a second time to give an estimate for some replacement siding. The drywall crew consisted of two guys who spent a few days working on a small section in the basement, they made sure to make things look their best and did a decent job cleaning up each night. They were polite and always listening to my feedback. 5 stars there. The siding guy came out and replacement some cedar shakes on the side of the house that were missing from an old deck removal. He did a great job and cleaned up the worksite very nice. I was impressed with the speed. Again 5 stars. Jim himself came out for the ceiling work, he did a great job hooking up the electric and making sure the panels lined up to the existing grid. Again 5 stars. My only gripe was the billing, Their online system worked, but I think some deposits I made were just lost. Regardless they eventually took care of it... so updating my review to reflect this. Thank you, I for sure recommend them for contracting work, just double check the bills before paying. =)

Excellent quality of workmanship! Work took over three weeks to finish due to constant rain. They promised if the rain diminished the quality of their work, they would come back and fix it. He provided a pre bid before he arrived based on our square footage which was nice to know the ballpark price. He finalized the bid after the walk through with our agreed upon repairs and paint choice. His pricing is very reasonable and includes repairs and prep work that others may charge more for. He was very easy to work with and went above and beyond what would be expected, he noticed we had not put out our recycle bin one morning and called to ask if we wanted it out, while painting behind the dryer he noticed it needed a newer vent hose and got and installed it, he noticed the motion detector battery was low charge and picked up a new one. His prep work is meticulous and he is very particular about his work, (particular is how he describes his standards). He cleaned up ceiling bumps and sloppy work left by previous painters. All this and he was 20% lower than other bids. We will definitely be asking Rick to paint for us in the future.
