Unfortunately, when the woman came to my door it was clear she had smoked in the car for my delivery. Additionally, the flowers reeked of cigarette smoke. Super disappointing because obviously smelling the flowers is part of the excitement, I had to spray perfume on the flowers to even be able to keep them in my room because they smelled so bad. I thought it was too late to send my sick grandmother in the hospital flowers, however searching yelp I found this business. This was the only place I called that had a person from La Follette answering the phone, they were so kind and understanding. Their prices were fantastic and they were able to guarantee me they would get flowers to my grandmothers hospital room today. I could almost cry. I will only be using them anytime I need flowers.
