Do not go to this restaurant. okay story time because i'm so fucking mad my family and i are at Red Lobster yesterday for mother's day, i've been craving that for so long and we finally decided "what the hell?". the bill came out to $151.53, cool. that's a lot but we expected that. paid $20 in cash, the rest on card ($131.53) and even tipped the waitress $20. my phone gets notified the money was pulled, i go to check my card to see they also pulled another amount two minutes later of $16.05, i think that's weird but i was ready to ask about it. waitress comes to the table and asks me to follow her, shows me at the POS that my card only pulled $16.05. i show her my bank statements saying otherwise, she takes a picture of my phone, a manager comes and tells me the same bullshit and takes a picture of my phone for an even higher manager just for this man to show me a print out of the system where it only charged me $16.05. so Red Lobster what happened to that $131.53 you pulled, right? they don't have it and i still owe $115.48.
