Mike called immediately on Monday and sent someone out. We replaced both water heater and water softener. Fast, efficient, professional. We are extremely pleased with the service! I will never use these guys again!!!! They couldn't get my sewer line opened up when it was…read moreplugged. They told me everything would have to be ripped up and replaced. I told them to get an estimate together and they were to call me back. After not hearing from them for a week, I left a message asking for someone to call me . After no response from them I got someone else to look at it. It was able to be cleared...IT NEVER NEEDED TO BE RIPPED UP AND REPLACED!!!! I received a bill from them for $250, and again left a message for Ron to call me about how all this was handled. I still have not heard from anyone!!!!! I can't believe that these people think that this is how to run a business.
