I brought Skye home yesterday and today she is so much better, still a bit sore from the surgery, but her appetite is back and she is bright eyed and playful again. We get their annual shots there, and we've used them for boarding. The staff was fantastic and kept us updated on how the pups were doing while we were on vacation. We know our pups are in great hands with them. Recently I had to take my #1 girl in for her final time. That was the second hardest goodbye I've ever had to say, and they were so very caring and compassionate. When we picked up her remains a few days later, they also gifted us her paw print ornament. It really meant a lot to me. If you're looking for veterinary services in the area, I highly recommend Dr. Sharp.

He was also not socialized with other dogs until we got him. Alexi and her husband worked with Bernie for 2 months and it's a night and day difference! worth every penny because now I can take him on walks through wooded trails and on the square and he stays right next to me. And instead of an apology from the unprofessional staff member, I was provided a smug look and forcefully given the item I was accused of lying about...but only after providing them with documentation that they should have verified in their system. The verification only occurred after I produced text messages sent by BottleTree to me, acknowledging the error prior to my arrival today. In the end, another staffer tried to backtrack the statement, verses apologizing for the insult and insinuating statements that was actually said. The actual statement: "Oh, I can't give you the items because I can't prove you didn't actually get them when you were here before." First and foremost, I spent over $1100.00 on my previous visit! Why would I drive an hour for a can of medicated dog food?! This is not a misunderstanding! This is blatant racism and ignorance! I can guarantee that if I had been a lighter shade, it would've been handled with respect and grace. I no longer trust that BottleTree would care for my pets, especially when I'm not around or if they're required to be boarded. They gave me everything that I needed for my dog. My dog immediately got better. We thought it would be an outrageous price as per normal, but it was not bad at all. They sent us home with three or four probably medicines and gave him two shots and it wasn't even $150! Highly recommend this place for your pets!!!!!!! Also, the location is a lifesaver.
