He explained that because I am not a regular customer. He would not sell me the product. Unfortunately rather than doing it in a polite way, he seemed very irritated that I was bothering him and quite rude. If he had explained the situation in a polite way, I would have understood but he handled it very unprofessionally. Would not recommend.

Recently spoke to a Northern Plains vet via phone at 1:30a. It was an emergency, and I am not one…read moreof their clients. The vet was kind, compassionate and taught me how to give CPR to my dog. She offered to meet me at their clinic to verify if my dog had passed away or give help as needed and was patient while I gave CPR to my dog. Cannot adequately express how much this much this meant to me as the vet I've seen for years doesn't offer *any* after hour support - extra pertinent as my dog had a preventable fatal reaction to a medicine that should not have been used. I'm heartbroken by this loss as it was sudden and anticipated many more years together. If I ever have another animal, I will choose Northern Plains without hesitation. Thank you for being there when I desperately needed medical help/advice.
