However although the staff are very friendly, most are certainly not very well equipped with the knowledge that people seek. They have a wide range of products but, these products can be bought elsewhere alot cheaper in other pet shops. When it comes to buying tropical fish here i would honestly have to say please dont! If you look carefully around most of the tanks you will find dead fish.This is not good as whatever that fish died of the other fish feeding off of it will most likely catch it and also end up the same way! So be careful about picking your fish here.

I informed them I had made the decisions on the day & paid for a individual cremation & paw print. When they checked my details, they confirmed I had. So, another 2 week wait as they had not done anything with my beloved pet, so 2 weeks later I called again - again, claimed to have left voicemail (they didnt) & said ashes & paw print had been ready for over a week to collect?? Upon collection, ashes had been placed in a sealed plastic bag, in a box, not in a scatter tube, which is what I asked for & paid for. They really do not seem to know what they are doing, no communication obviously between the staff team & do not appreciate being 'fobbed off' with claims of phone calls/voicemails that never happened. Made a very upsetting time even worse. Would never recommend them & would never use them again.

Compared to other pet shops I have recently visited I found the items to be very reasonably priced particularly the food. The items I have taken home have been very good quality. They have a large amount of stock in a fairly small shop and caters for a huge variety of pets. There are also animals on sale in the store, which on my last visit included fish, rabbits, hamsters and guinea pigs. Whilst I like to buy my animals from breeders, I am more than happy to frequent this shop for the other necessary items and will be visiting again in the near future.
