I was able to blast through everything in about 2-3 hours and we didn't exactly zip through either. We took time to view, read and take photos as we went. The main issue is this place isn't cheap and it's pretty pricey for something that won't take up a lot of your day. But in the end I just saw it as contributing money to the zoo and hoping it helps keep the animals taken care of. If you look at it that way, relative to what the zoo offers, I think it was worth it for me.

With it being so small I thought the price tag at $30 euros per person was a little much. It only took us about two 1/2 hours to see the entire zoo and watch the bird show. The bird show was in Portuguese so we couldn't understand what birds were what, but nonetheless, the show was very nice and entertaining. They had a great primate exhibit and the animals seem to be a little closer than most zoos I have been to.

Some plays bussa nova, some plays folk songs. I come here every morning in Lisbon to watch the sunrise while sipping my tea. This small spot is right in front of my hotel. In the afternoon and during sunset, the city below is painted with different scenes that enchant me all day long. To the left, there's a cafe, and on the right, there's a view of Tagus River. Unfortunately, the small garden below is locked this time.

An open space with some climbing equipment that is quite artful. Definitely a neat spot to turn your toddlers loose to burn off some vacation energy. The climbing dodecahedrons (12 sided) shapes have a soft mat underneath but there are no gates or fences around. I prefer a low fence so that you can easily keep an eye on your kids and who is coming/going from the park. The tram passes right by on Rua da Alfândega.
