As I was a new patient, as soon as I walked in staff was incredible from start to finish! Welcoming and super friendly. The entire office is SPECTACULAR and very luxurious. I thought I've never say those two things regarding a dental office but Dr Moon did a great job with everything interior wise and everything. As far as Dr Moon himself, he was VERY THOROUGH (which I love when a doctors are knowledgeable and takes their time in explaining) personable. When he was cleaning my teeth he wasn't rough he was gentle. My first impression of the office, the staff, and Dr Moon = beyond my expectations!!

It was obvious the rooms were designed with the patient's comfort in mind. A personalized greeting on a TV monitor on the wall as you enter the room, one on the ceiling, and comfortable exam chairs made me feel at ease. Like I was home. I'm not a fan of dental visits, but this office has changed my view. I was first taken to get x-rays done which was a smooth process. The cleaning came next. And when I tell you I had no pain afterwards! No lie! My hygienist was amazing! Very thorough and explained everything from start to finish. Dr. Moon came in and gave me a thorough exam and told me all I needed to know about the health of my teeth and gums. He was just as amazing as the rest of the staff. I paid quite a bit out of pocket for the dental work. The bridge failed in 6 months (this work should have lasted many years); besides that the work looked poor & I was uncomfortable with my smile). The dentist agreed to see me but stated because my insurance changed, to repair or even review his faulty work the visit would be OUT OF POCKET! Why should I have to pay this dentist again to fix his faulty work? I declined to accept the appointment. I have paid him more than enough money over what must be 20 years. Nothing was ever said about the condition of my gums other than using one or the "pro health" mouthwash and not the alcohol based ones. Last time I saw them was six months ago. So all of that somehow developed in the last six months since YOUR hygienist cleaned my teeth. I find it very suspicious.
